IDK which character stated this, but they said that whoever uses this jutsu will spend eternity in a constant struggle of agony and torment with the person they use it on in the Reaper Death God's stomach.

My question is, How does anyone know this?

with kage bunshin. Third used it and it hadn't effect in him he die when he used it . I think the creator of this technique had connect with death god ( it's just my idea )

How else would you be able to obtain this jutsu unless someone showed you how? I figure since Tobirama was all into dead people and such he somehow came in contact with a shinigami who hooked him up with the way to do the jutsu, maybe even gave him a scroll.

Does the death god have anything to do with myths and legends kind of like how Kishi came up with the rinnegan paths. Maybe its based off of a folk lore, wiki it and it might give you an answer as to how Hiruzen was able to explain what happens as for how you could practice it thats wayyyyyy beyond me lol.

Right because the only people that can see the Death God is the caster and the victim so how can anyone else notice it?
