Tobi has the best defense against it when he becomes intangible ( unless RDS can bypass that ). Or maybe Dan with his spiritualization jutsu. Not quite sure what it does though. Anyone here know what exactly it does?

he didnt take oro completely because he had already taken 1 N 2 hokage, he used it up before pulling oro's soul out, had he taken oro's soul first he would've been a gonner since the chunnin exams
