I just realized that the eye BZ has the sharingan open is the same eye that Obito had his Rinnengan in. That means BZ has both sharingan and Obito isn't dead (just sayin) he is might try and pull something later using the power of both his eyes

Ah no. Madara just swapped Rinnegan and Sharingan. Black Zetsu has the ability to use Kamui now and the other eye is closed because Obito is dead.

Then why didn't Madara killed Obito and swapped his Sharingan to BZ and give Madara's Rinnegan back, so BZ can fight without Obito's body.
