Realization about the DNA Test

If you look at this panel and compare the graphs, they are identical. This could just be Kishimoto taking a shortcut, or perhaps the DNA was actually Sarada's. If one sample is Karin's DNA then Sarada's DNA should differ to compensate for the DNA she inherited from Sasuke. I don't know how Karin would have gotten Sarada's DNA but I know that the DNA should not be identical.

I'm just saying that either he did this on purpose, or he was just taking a shortcut and didn't think about the outcome of the results being a perfect match.

Since its karin we are talking about here (wich is obsessed with sasuke) couldnt it be that karin has stashed away a locke of sasukes hair or maybe something else as a reminder of him? It could possibly just prove that sasuke is her father too..

If it was hair then it would be pretty obvious it wasn't Karin's DNA.

Sasuke's black hair isn't the same as Karin's red hair.

I don't think anyone doubts that Sasuke is her father. All this thread is meant to do is bring attention to the fact that the graphs are identical. Which could only happen if the two samples were from the same person.

Didnt say anything about anyone saying sasuke was not her father -.- im saying karin is obsessed with sasuke and that there is a high possibility that she has dna samples from him laying around. Why is everyone on this site ****ing autists? I remember why i left this base a year ago

I think I see what you're saying. My biggest question would be why do this if this isn't going to be a full fledged spin-off? You'd have to follow Sarada's conflict until she gets closure, which might not be until a couple years from the Gaiden when she's old enough to grasp everything.

I have a funny feeling that this is a set up to drive Sarada to greater eye power. Since this era doesn't know war or even much conflict, she wouldn't have much of a chance to develop a strong sharingan (the traditional way). Orochimaru was there for the whole explanation of how the Uchiha Curse worked, so it's not out of the question that he possibly set it up to push the kid to eventually the same level as Sasuke. It's either that or that isn't Karin's DNA, for all we know that could be Sasuke's. In which case all it did was match her set of DNA that matches his set. So the only thing displayed is what matches (hence why the graphs didn't change).

The second biggest question that needs to be answered if this is all true(and for now, lets say that it is).. is why Karin would allow Sakura to take care of her child. I would think that Karin would be an over protective mother to her kid, especially if it's the only thing connecting her to Sasuke. Was it because Sakura was unable to carry a child? There are some big questions kishi needs to answer before the Boruto movie is out next month.. he better answer them good.

Kishi probably knows what he is doing and planned this, I mean, look at the past naruto series, some thing we were certain we're wrong but ended up looking more amazing than when we had our doubts, maybe during Saradas birth Karin or oruchimaru got hold of some of her DNA and that is what Suigetsu probably found and what shin is made out of.

We cannot compare real life situations with the NV. But this machines is built in comparing two different samples, and find a match such that one set of sample has the DNA from the other set.
