Reality is what exists, regardless of whether we can observe it or not. You can deny the existence of something that is present, but in reality it will exist.

What you're talking about, is what you perceive to be reality. What you are aware of.

I would say it is, but one's perception depends again on how they have experience things, no one, and I mean no one, will experience things in the same way. Good example of this are identical twins. They grew op in the same environment, shared most of their life probably, but if you ask them their opinion about something they will say different things. Reality for them is different, and thus based on their perception of things throughout life.
