Reality check for Itachi fans who claim he has KA

well actually he can. he only programmed it because he was going to die. if itachi can set it up to be used later you have to believe he can program it to be used when he needs it.

This is only half true.

Speaking in terms of debating/versus matchups, yes. KA is NOT part of his canon arsenal.

But, considering the bigger picture, he could have programmed it for whatever he wanted. Instead of the command "protect Konoha", he could have programmed it with "die". In that respect, he did have access to KA.

Because people say that KA can be used by Itachi whenever, when Itachi specifically said he had it programmed to react to MS only. Then speculation starts and u have people saying he can reprogram it casually. Nobody knows that for sure, its not like its his own eye.
Where as, Healthy Obito with both MS has been shown in the manga, when Naruto revived him, Obito seemed to be pretty healthy, he was able to run with them, use Kamui several times, use Kamui to open up Kaguya's demensions several times (with sakura help of course) a weakened Obito wouldn't have been able to manage any of that, let alone use Kamui as much times as he did, and be fast. In the manga, when a character is "weakened" there are sign s to show it, panting, sweating, commenting on it. Yea, Obito looked like a mess because he took a beating earlier, but he was back to full power.

They all forget that shit was still on cooldown until itachi gave it to naruto, he said himself he couldnt use it.

They are all under tsukuyomi...

Alright, forget that. If it doesn't have a command set at all? But, he could just change a command at any time anyway (Pre use of course). :|

Because once he programmed it that was it. He later then gave it to Naruto...Naruto has the crow. Not Itachi.

The difference is, Itachi only had a usable KA when he was 13, but it deactivated(most likely from programming it). It has been deactivated even after he planted it in Naruto, and only became active after he died, but even then, it was still inside Naruto.
