1- Hashirama: He is the strongest shinobi in the history, he captured a lot of bijuus and he beated madara
2- EMS Madara: We saw ems madara fighting 5 kages, he was pretty strong even without rinnengan
3- Obito: Untangibility, mokuton, rinnengan, and high level fire techs
4- Kabuto (no edo tensei): The guy was OP as hell.... DSM
5- Nagato: 3rd SO6P, perfect usinf of rinnengan
6- Naruto: (BM, KM, SM,) 2dn fastest ninja in the history (after minato)
7- Sasuke: He has EMS and great skills
8- Itachi (NOT EDO): Best genjutsu user and very smart, He has MS and a lot of techs
9- Minato/Muu: Minato has FTG and he's smart, Muu is unvicible and has dust release, he just got trolled.

11- Killer Bee: Perfect jinjuriki, Great kenjutsu and taijutsu, his TBB is stronger than naruto's
12- 3rd Raikage: Strong enough to fight Hachibi by himself, black lightining and the hardest body.
13- A: he's the 3rd fastest shonobi in the history, plus he is the second in strenght, and speed+strengt is kewl.
14- Jiraiya/ Hiruzen: Jiraiya had a great SM and a the strongest summonings, Hiruzen was suposed to be a god.

16- Tobirama/ Orochimaru: Both masters of edo tensei, Tobirama was the best water user and oro is inmortal xd.
17- Tobirama/ Orochimaru:
18- Oonoki: Well, dust release, he can fly, he had a lot of experience and he can make things lighter or heavier.
19- Kakashi/ Gai: Kakashi is the SMARTEST shinobi, and he has a lot of skills ( no need to name them)
20- Kakashi/ Gai: Gai best taijutsu user, Gates and Hirudora, his very strong.
21: Danzo: Well, he had a lot of sharingans and hashi's DNA, plus Izanagi
22: Kisame: I don't want to name all his strong points, he's just very strong, final point.
23: Gaara: His defence > susanoo's defence (i'll explaine later)
24: Hanzo: He beated young Sannins, they werent as strong as now but he had a lot of skills, Very cool ninja IMO.
25: Kakuzu: He's hte most badass akatsuki, and he had 5 hearts.
