Real Requirements

What do you think is the real requirements to awaken the rinnegan?
.. Don't say Senju + Uchiha DNA because if this were true obitio wouldn't had needed to take madara/Nagato's U_U
Came about cause I was being my normal menma loving self U_U
Menma -> Sharigan -> Danzou -> Senju + Sharigan -> rinnegan U_U
but yah what do you all think the requirements are?

EMS+SENJU DNA= Rinnegan

Senju for speeding up the proces... I think theoretically you could achieve it from EMS alone, but it would take lifetimes... remember kotoamatsukami genjutsu that had to take a decade to replenish? Senju Dna made it one day.

That, and more traumatic experience.
