Some people have a hard time crying
When I received news that my mom died I could not cry but I was dying inside.
For some people it comes so natural for others not..but if u can there is no shame in doing so, so keep your macho behavior for yourself : d

It's not the total negation of emotions but rather the proper suppression of it, both happiness and sorrow.
Even if it isn't, I don't see how suppression of emotion in great state can lead you to peace, when emotions themselves are natural and stoicism teaches you to live in harmony with nature(as far as I know).

Bold- sigh... Don't start this sh*t. The last thing we need in this thread are feminazi.

OP - Real men are not afraid to cry when the time comes.

It's sexism towards men
You are ignorant

Same, I don't know why I didn't shed a tear for my uncle which is the first and hopefully only close person that has ever died that I've known but forced emotions aren't genuine either. I don't think crying for loss of loved one is a bad thing, I pray it don't happen anytime soon.

Well I don't label a person by their ***, race etc but by them as an individual.

In any case, it takes a strong person to erase their emotions but a stronger person to accept them and control them. Your statement makes me think that simply not crying by erasing your emotions is the way to be, but it's not. Not crying by accepting and control, yes.

Embracing those emotions but not letting them take over is what makes the strongest being, because then you can also better empathize with others. And at times, they can be empowering.

Happened to me as well, but later I cried.
Crying at such occasions actually makes you feel better, rather than keeping it with yourself.

OP you gotta try harder next time. Your baits are of low quality and in the end instead of showing off you are being looked down upon.

I guess, I wouldn't know, I get my peace elsewhere. However I don't see any excuse for crying about life's more petty circumstances, that's how I see it, I don't feel sorry for myself, people like that are extremely pathetic.

I never expected sheep to give respect to a real man, instead they try to ***** whip you.
"show your emotions, it's ok to cry".

There's nothing to cry about. You gotta be tough in a hard world.

Don't confuse emotional with weak; I'll slit your throat with tears pouring down my cheek.

You're weak af if you're an emotional crybaby, come at me with your watery eyes and see what happens.
