[Discussion] Real Madrid vs Barcelona

What did you guys think of the game. Barcelona barely attacked in the second half, and Real was superb in both defense and offense. Real Madrid for Champions League again =D

Real Madrid's counter attack was just amazing, Barca couldn't do anything to shut it down.

Marcelo, Isco and Carvajal were superb and worked extremely hard. Madrid's defense was impeccable and work ethic was amazing. For me Marcelo was the MOTM and it seems that Isco has taken over the DiMaria's role. Pepe had 0 fouls today.

As for Barca they were outclassed in strategy by Ancelotti's men and Luis Enrique has to rethink his own strategies.

Suarez was good for a player who returned after 4 months.

Xavi and Iniesta are past their primes and Barca's midfield lagged today, they were sluggish and Sloppy.

Messi was shut down and for him role of the provider(which he has been doing this season) is the best. Suarez and Neymar should be forward with Messi as the provider.

Real were a much better team today. Their midfield and counters outclassed Barca in this match.

I think Ancelotti will go down as the best RM manager of all times, last season too there was skepticism about his defense and especially midfield, this season it also happened but he has improved their team amazingly.

he really is making a lot of improvements. All he needs to to do now is look for a defender to replace Pepe, and let Navas play more

I think Varane is already ready for the Pepe replacement role and he is only 21.

extremely amazing defense and extremely fast counterattacks !!! the best play I've seen till now from them .

in the beginning they let messi and neymar very comfortable , but in the 2nt part they barely could move ..

Ronaldo was too chilling and that was bad . they could have scored 1or2 more goals if Ronaldo would be more focused !

modric and Kroos are amazing . calm and supercontrol with the ball ,
james ran too much , defense and offense , so did ISCO -who was for me , man of the match after marcelo

ramos was a guardian . no words for him .
