i think there are many Japanese actors who look more like Hashirama than your choice bro (Hashi got a very Japanese look to him so does Tobirama/Hiruzen) but, i agree on the rock being the third Raikage or this guy (doesn't have to be dark skinned) :

Yeah probably, but Minato wasn't very old himself, and they could always make him look a bit older.

Tom Hiddleston would make a sick Orochimaru. (He doesn't look the part though, so they'd have to modify his appearance a lot)

Hashirama looks indian to me =x. Only Hokage that looks jap is Hiruzen. Which yes i would have him play by a Jap actor.

Tobirama looks straight up white. Hashirama looks straight up eastern indian, while his dad looks american indian.

I would think that to make a good movie you would need American actors unless you want to make it low-budget and only in Japan. Otherwise not many will want to see it even if it is Naruto.

this is the first time i'v seen anyone who thinks Hashi doesn't look Japanese with his eyes/hair and all, same goes for Tobirama (he's the same/only with a lighter skin tone).

That guy is pretty popular in india, so you automatically have the indians interested. And on top of that he can act pretty good, but Hashirama really isn't a main role tho, so a non-popular actor looking for recognization could be him.

Actually most people on the base that i know of consider his look to be indian /american indian. o-o.

His eyes.. eh not really Japanese looking to me.

look at the guy i posted.. he basically has the same eye shape as Hashirama.

His Hair.. ehhh Madara looks more jap than Hashirama when it comes to hair. Straight hair doesn't automatically make me think "oh hes Japanese"
