when pein created the moon he wan't in good shape

then he might had created it around 30-40 times more than what actually pein produced

This works if Kishimoto doesn't know astronomy, lol. Certainly a novel theory, so I give you reps for that.

People couldn't find the crater for the asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs among others because it was underwater. The original Rinnegan Chibaku Tensei moon could've been created from rock underwater (or now underwater) leaving no visible trace without satellite views.

Apologies, but I missed where you show this, and it seems quite important. Is it in the databook since I don't read that and haven't seen it in the manga.

I wouldn't call this the "real" moon eye plan since multiple others also have theories, and the title implies their falsehood. Sort of like "Ray's Pizza, Original Ray's Pizza, Ray's Real Pizza,..."

I think the Eye of Moon Plan is that Madara will try recreate the 10 tailed beast that the Sage of teh SIx Paths sealed in a moon created by his rinnegan. THe Sage of teh Six Paths seperated the 10 tailed beast into 9 different ones and thats why Madara is collecting them and is also metioning wanting to be complete. Since his eyes can control bijuu, he could want to control the ten tailed beast.

Another Theory is that if the Sage did seal the 10 tails in a moon it is possible that it is in another dimension, but Madara has Time-Space jutsu. MAdara may be a jinchuriki with part of the 10 tails, but needs to combine with the rest to be "complete" as he always says.
