In the manga it showed madara taking treasure tools so imma asume he has it
Each path have one tool
2 tails Jin:has 7 star sword
3 tails jin: has banana palm fan
4 tails jin: has crimson goured
5 tails jin: has Amber Purifying Pot
6 tails jin: has Golden Canopy Rope
7 tails jin: can revive other paths,and use soul removal (madara cannot use theses abilities since this path has it)
Kabuto: all his edo's,but cannot use nagato
Starts off with:
7 swords men with all swords (except samahada)
Muu
sasori (can control swordsmen if wanted to)
Itachi
Aliance:they can use all there jutsu,raikage is in v.2 (both arms),jiraiya is in sage mode with ma and pa,4th hokage has all his jutsu
