[READ] Better Rinnegan User?

I do see a kinda flaw since the uzumaki bloodline is a descendant from the Senju bloodline but since it's not direct the body is not as strong, hints why Nagato grown old so quick from using it so much even though he also gave his body away to protect his comrades, Madara on the other hand has both the Body and eye's to bring out the full potential of the Rinnegan. But from what I have seen so far Nagato know how to use it more.

Idk. Nagato has shown more techs than Madara with the Rinnegan as of now.

But I can't really say who's better because we're not sure if Madara can do the same techs as Nagato. The moment he does, however, I'm pretty sure we can all decide who's better.
