Madara-has no ems cause we never seen any of his abilities
has 6 paths,nd they are only used for taijutsu (they have no jutsu)
with nd exception of 1
the 7 tails jin can revive the otha paths (so madara cant use this ability)
The kages have all their abilities ever shown (movies,games,anime/manga,etc.)
Madara can use all the abities of nagato in one body (but CANNOT revive otha paths) but still has normal sharingan,nd jutsu shown
Since madar is so old he has intel on all of them
nd the kages ony have intel of wad they personally kno about him
HE HAS ALL HIS SHARINGAN ABITIES THAT HE HAS SHOWN (EX:SPACE/TIME JUTSU ETC.)
BUT HE DDOESNT HAVE EMS BECAUSE WE DNT KNO NOT ONE JUTSU OF HIS EMS

Well, the space time thing could be related to mangekyou (probably). SO can he still use it? if so, then no one can hit him and he is invincible (atleast for the kages).

nd the forth hokage hit him with a rasengan before
