Obviously.

Mikoto loves Sasuke regardless of his abilities or mistakes, and would love anyone he chose to be with.
As for Fugaku, Sakura is the second strongest Kunoichi in the world behind Tsunade, and she would easily surpass Tsunade in a couple years, and likely has as of chapter 700.

Absolutely, Sakura is unmatched in her field of expertise and only comparable to Tsunade a legendary ninja. She's loving, giving, completely loyal and will look young (20) forever. What's there not to like?

Not taking anything away from Sakura's abilities but you have to consider if they were alive prior to chapter 700, Sakura did not embody the "maturity level" and "skill set" until the 4th great ninja war. Knowing her personality PRIOR to the war may not leave his parents with "fond" memories either. Then again, Sasuke would have been a different person as well if his parents were alive all this time too.

Sakura is the girl you would defiantly want your son to marry.
She is pretty.
She is super smart.
She is strong literally and figuratively.
Her power matches the Uchiha power, Genjutsu and yin affinity.

And she truly loves Sasuke, and kept on to the hope that good is in him.

Sasuke's father was too strict with his kids, he wanted them to be the best. How could they accept such a weak ninja?
Unless they have oldtime values, and just see her for a broad that didn't need to be skillful, just needed to cook. Either way, they wouldn't accept her, I believe
