Firstly toad sage mode is far better than snake sage mode and with orochimaru not having any mode it will be easy for jiraya to knock him out.

Orochimaru would win even without ET or SM.
He's much more versatile and Jiraiya would eventually summon a boss toad, which could easily be taken care of by Manda, meaning no SM and an easy victory on Oro's behalf.

This is not a spite thread and if jiraya should summon the boss toad it could take care of manda and with the help of pa and ma anything is possible for jiraya.

Ok. There's was a time when thought Jiraiya > Oro as well, but anything is possible in this manga really.
