Shikamaru has no talent except his intelligience though, kakashi is basically shikamaru but with top 10 speed, and sharingan so comparing the two is alot different and almost ignorant

The op assumed that intelligence automatically put you at top 15, I was merely proving him wrong.
kakashi is better than shikamaru in other areas, but top 10 seat is already taken by many op ninjas.
Top 15 to 20 is more appropriate.

After this chapter i started thinking he's top 15, because of the KAMUI, that kamui was too fast and kakashi is very proficient with it, not just by the intelligence
