The Seven Swordsmen of NB
Well as we know; we have been creating systems after systems and restrictions to make this a exciting and naruto like world. such projects as Missions, making custom elements, rankings, sensei and student rules as will as sensei exams, and med school. There really isn't anything left to do but start a project on recruiting seven swordsmen. The recruiting would compose of a test base on swordsmen ship,identifying parts of a sword,etc. Than hold a practice battle between another applying person and than with a current swordsmen. Much like the sensei exam or we can figure out another way of picking the swordsmen. Once all 7 has been chosen, there will of course been frequent tests if failed a spot will become opening for a worthy person. Once you loose the title you only have two more times to apply for the spot and than one more time to maintain the spot but only if you was a swordsmen and lost your title. Another way of losing it is the frequent battles they most have.They would have 1 battle for spot every two weeks or every month (you all choosing). You must apply for a chance to fight. The third way is though student and sensei training. The Swordsmen is require to have at least one student. That student can not apply to become a swordsmen; only the sensei can recommend the student which will than be put through the test and than have a battle against their sensei. The last way is giving the title up to someone.
Requirements
Any rank from genin and up
Have at least 5 real training session with someone (to get the feel of things)
Kages can't be swordsmen
Swords
to keep it from being op the advisers will be creating 7 swords that are approval and doesn't favor one person that will be past down as each swordsmen loses their title. Each sword must have one fair ability and that will be check with any adviser plus one mod, and each sword shall have a name to up the pwn-ness. They would be assigned to those who fit the sword the best
Sensei and student matching
The student will be match with a sensei depending on the way they battle, if they won or lost, and style of fighting with a sword and the style they want to learn. If a student wants to just freestyle with a sword than they will be match with a sensei that is well known and good at doing that. Same goes for every style.
Inactivity
If a swordsmen disappears from the site for more than a month they lose their spot no matter what the reason. They can either lose it to their student, so when they come back they may have it back if the students let them; if not they must battle for the sword. Than they can lose it to a random qualified person and there is no chance of getting it back
Advisers
The advisers shall not be the mods/smods unless chosen to be. The smods have alot of things to do, especially with the other systems. Besides this doesn't require the smods to do anything. But i am sure they have to approve anyway. But once again they aren't in charge with the recruiting and such since anyone can do that. The current advisers would be

7 Swordsman Rules
1.To enter, you must be Sannin and under… NO EXCEPTIONS.
2.Have been a member for at least 6 months
3.To enter, you must demonstrate your efficiency with Taijutsu, and Taijutsu only.
4.The Advisors will review the battles, and see who passes on until they eventually get 7 ninja’s worthy of having the title of a legendary swordsman.
5.Enter with 1 bio throughout the whole tryout.
6.The Advisors will make the swords, and once they are made, People will be selected to see who is worthy of receiving a sword.
7.Training will be received from the Advisors on how to use the sword. Once your training has been fulfilled you are free to use it in battle.
Battle rules for the 7 Swordsman
As the sword is merely a tool, just like puppets, and animals the user will be able to perform jutsu, and customs just like all other ninjas. HOWEVER, since these swords are unique in their powers, the swords count as your special ability/KG and if used in a special way, counts as 1 jutsu. Special way meaning if you used its ability
