[Raiton] Re-learning lightning with Sach

As Sasuke created a shadow clone of himself he would patiently wait there until the student made his. Gogeta would gather his raiton chakra and by using shape manipulation he would create a copy of himself, a raiton clone. As the two clones look at each other they both run towards each other and begin to fight CQC. As the Sasuke clone would through a hook with his right hand the Gogeta clone would duck down, avoiding the hook and then Gogeta would swing a left hook upwards. The Sasuke clone seeing it coming would lean back, avoiding that and with pull out a kunai from his bag and stab the Gogeta clone right in the stomach. As the clone disappears it transforms back into lightning which would immediately shock the Sasuke clone and then he'd disappear as well.

The advantage to this would be that you can have a clone which can do its own thing fight for you while keeping the opponent distracted as you're planning something out. It can also use techniques as well to preoccupy the opponent. The disadvantage to this is that it can only use raiton techs up to B Rank, so you'd have to make it work for you in the meantime. A scenario for this would be if you were fighting on a body of water or at least close to one and you create this clone. Since raiton is strong again suiton it would be a good idea to use this clone since it's raiton and it can use other raiton techs.

As the clone dog begins making a run for it, Gogeta would gather raiton chakra within his mouth until he has sufficient amounts of raitom. Gathering the right amount, he would begin to shape manipulate the chakra into what looks like a long spear that would emerge from his mouth. Using this spear he would launch it towards the running dog that is just about 20 meters away now. Flying towards the dog, it would collide with a rock on its way, piercing right through it and striking the dog down. The clone gets electrocuted and poofs away.

The advantage to this move is that it can be release from a long ways away, making it very useful when you don't want to stand near the opponent as well as it having great piercing power. This will allow you to still aim it at the opponent despite them hiding behind something and them having to think harder of what to do since they can't put up a simple wall to block something like that. One more thing is it can break into a bunch of raiton spears that can strike a lot of things, making it good for a crowd too. I honestly can't really find a disadvantage to this move. I imagine it's a move that can't be used close range or you'll possibly get hit by it but otherwise I can't think of any. A scenario for this move would be that if someone happens to use a bunch of clones, you can try to avoid them by going back in distance and firing this at them, getting rid of them all. Mainly using this as a distracting for your main move you'll be releasing once the clones are away.

One disadvantage of false darkness spear is that it essentially requires you to aim at your opponent correctly. That is, you can't alter the direction of the whole spear, although you can use branches to take down moving opponents. Point to note here is, when branches emerge from the spear, they become detectable and hence are easier to dodge. Though these disadvantages are dwarfed by the decent amount of advantages the techniques have, making it fairly usable technique.
Also, water isn't against weak against lightning. They share a unique relationship(which I guess I did cleared out, ask questions if you want to) and hence when you work on a scenario take care that you don't end up using lightning jutsu against you. In your case, if you and opponent both are standing on water, you might very well end up get shocked, if lightning clone gets dispersed and turns into lightning there.

Lightning in naruto world is produced by increasing the frequency of vibration of chakra molecules. Frequency is nothing but how many times a thing happens in a single second. In short, it is produced by making the vibrations faster using chakra, which acts like an external force.
This phenomena of lightning can be used to make weapons sharper. So what you have to do here is, gather your chakra and then channel it through the blade while converting it into lightning. Slowly go on converting it to lightning and increasing the frequency as a result and once you have added enough, weapon will become sharper.
Channel lightning chakra through that sword and follow it up with kenjutsu moves. You can use it against wind jutsus, but not against really strong ones. Use kenjutsu combo, against my clone.
Sasuke creates a clone that unsheathes the sword and runs towards you.

This one is useful one and easy to perform. Just wave ram hand seal and then manipulate your chakra. Gather it into your dominant hand and then raise it in the air, with palm pointing towards the sky. Send the lightning chakra towards the sky, which will trigger an electric discharge at any location till long range, shocking your opponent. This one can be a good surprise attack and at the same time can be used to do a lot of other things. Go on and tell me what, try it out on the bear standing at that mountain.
A random bear appears out of nowhere at long range and is furious.

Pulling out his sword, Gogeta would hold it out while concentrating his Raiton chakra into the blade. As the infused chakra runs through the blade he would increase the frequency making the blade visibly longer and sharper. As the Sasuke clone approaches, Gogeta would slash his sword colliding with his opponents sword. Not letting up, he'd continue slashing at the opponent making contact. He would then finish up with one last slash that would cut the clone diagonally with the extra cutting power from the Raiton infused.

The advantage to this move is that it's rather quick and for someone who uses kenjutsu it's rather nice to have that extra length and cutting power. Plus depending on what they're fighting it can possibly weaken things. Like slashing something that's Doton, since Raiton is stronger against it. The disadvantage to this would be that against someone who uses, let's say Futon kenjutsu, they'd have a big problem with someone like that. A scenario for this would be if someone that uses Doton, uses a move that creates a wall. Using the help of Raiton to the blade you can cut down the wall and possibly the opponent depending on how close they're to it.

Making the Ram sign he would concentrate his Raiton chakra into his dominant hand. With his hand with infused Raiton he would lift his right hand into the sky, releasing that stored of Raiton chakra into the sky above his opponent.....which is a bear. With the sky getting electrically charged, it would fire a bolt of lightning that strike the confused yet furious bear. The bear, now completely electrified would tip over with its hair on fire and just not move for a long time.

It's a rather quick move to perform, which is always a nice thing for battle. It's advantages comes from being able to do something quick as well as setting up for possible other moves that require you to discharge the sky. It's also a good distraction if you're using this as a prep move. The problem to his however is that someone if familiar with the move can easily dodge said move, basically making it a useless move. A scenario for this would be if the opponent is hiding behind something or has an obstacle in the way you'd use this to attack them from the sky by bypassing said object in the way.

Good work. Also, note that in case of second jutsu, try concealing your movement of raising hand in other air using mist or something. Your opponent won't anticipate the attack, making it silent killing stuff. z.z
Sasuke then removes few shurikens from his pockets and then tosses them towards you.
Take them as my gift and try to use them against my snake in next jutsu.
Sasuke summons a small in length, big in size, but agile snake on the training ground.

Hold those shurikens/shuriken(your choice) in your hand and then channel raiton chakra into them. Once you have channeled sufficient amount of chakra, send it towards the snake. You have to maintain connection with the shuriken so as to make sure that you precisely use them to shock the snake. The shuriken will be sharper than normal and will be able to deliver shocks, numbing your opponent for one turn. You can couple it with shuriken jutsus to use it more effectively. Paralyze that approaching snake and then analyze.
Snake that Sasuke summoned earlier, starts crawling towards you in fast pace.

Next one is pretty simple. Just hold your hands in front of you and then release purplish lightning from them after channeling lightning chakra through them. This can knock your opponent away or numb them. Quick technique, effective with CQC, though I don't really see much of complexity in it and hence isn't one of my favorite jutsus. Try knocking the clone away.

Holding out the two shuriken Sasuke handed over, Gogeta would start to channel his Raiton chakra into them. Adding a sufficient amount of chakra within them, he'd throw it at the approaching snake that was slithering over. Keeping a connection with the shuriken to keep it in line with the fast, moving snake he'd get a direct hit on it. As the shuriken pins him on the head and the tail it would shock it while easily keep it from moving. This would also numb the snake from even attempting to get out.

The advantage to this move is that it can be a real good way to distract an enemy as well as actually hurt them. You could combo it with other moves that rely on using shuriken in either singles or bundles. Plus it actually does damage as well as numb the opponent, making it difficult for them to move. The disadvantage though is that despite having a Raiton charge to it, it can still be easily stopped depending on who you're fighting. So it isn't something you can heavily rely on to win you something. A cool scenario would be that if you are fighting someone and they're hiding behind something, with the connection you have with the shuriken, you can direct it around said object to still strike at them.

Transforming into a look a like of Madara Uchiha, the clone would dash forward attempting to fight. Raising both his arms out, he'd begin to channel his Raiton chakra at both his arms. Giving off a static discharge, it would emerge as a purplish lightning. Once the clone arrives at around 3 meters, Gogeta would move his torso forward as well as his arms striking at the clone and pushing him outwards while shocking him with said purple lightning.

The advantage to this is, you get style points for purple lightning lol. Nah, it's good to keep people away from you even though there are other methods for that. The disadvantage to this is that it's very limited so you won't see much use for this anyways. A scenario for this would be if you're be bombarded by multiple people and you would use this to get them all off your back, in a sense.

Good work. Time to teach you last set of jutsus of B-Rank.

This is similar to third raikage's lightning armor and yet is different in its own aspects. Just gather you chakra and then channel it throughout your body while releasing it from the tenkentsus present all over your body. Slowly and steadily convert it into lightning and then into plasma ball(shown in the figure below) which will form armor like structure below as shown in the scroll.
Sasuke throws a scroll towards you which contains the pictorial description of the jutsu.

This armor of lightning can be used to block small projectiles, such as kunais or shurikens or can be used to defend against low rank attacks. You can also use it for offensive purpose with taijutsu or can convert it into beam of lightning, which can go till short range. Really interesting jutsu, but not as powerful as A's lightning armor.
Have some muscle fight against that A look alike over there.
Sasuke forms a clone that transforms into A look alike and then runs towards you.

Last one of B-Rank and is added recently, if memory serves me right.
For the first time Sasuke wasn't sure about something. It didn't matter much for him though.lol
New or old doesn't matter much anyways, since it is pretty easy jutsu. All you have to do is focus lightning chakra in your dominant hand and then reshape it in the form of orb(making it look like Rasengan), which you will send in the air at short/mid range from you. This orb will stay active for few seconds(i.e. current turn) and will rain down lightning bolts upon your opponent.
Lightning bolts will reach till mid range and hence can act as a surprise jutsu, but apart from that not much of useful.
Try it out on the myriad of snakes over there. This time while analyzing also add counters.
Many snakes suddenly start slithering towards you.

With the approaching A look alike moving in fast Gogeta wouldn't be able to spare anytime. He immediately begins storing up his Raiton chakra within his body, slowly pushing it out as well as shape manipulating it to give an appearance of a plasma ball. The electrical energy would wrap around him in a perfect circle as well as giving electrical discharges here and there. Looking directly at the clone which is about 5 meters away now he'd make way and run directly at him. Colliding with him and using the plasma circle around him much like a barrier, he'd easily make the A clone go flying backwards and then disappearing.

An advantage to this move is that it's relatively quick and can counter some basic things. It's also nice having a barrier around you to keep you rather safe from kunai and shuriken as well as using it to smash into people via taijutsu. It can also shot a short range lightning at people. A disadvantage however is that you can only use lightning and tai when having this move on. It's also a short ranged move which limits you quite a bit. A scenario for this would be if someone is charging at you with throwing kunai's or shurikens you can activate this move, charge through the weapons and collide with them. A counter to his would be if someone use a wind technique close range, it would really hurt you considering you have your whole body surrounded by lightning.

Thinking back on how the Rasengan looks, Gogeta would channel his Raiton chakra within his dominant hand. In his right hand he'd begin to see a formation of electricity come forth and using shape manipulation would make it look like a plasma ball in his hands. Throwing that ball into the air, it would stay in place. The snakes would be slithering rather close now and upon their approach the plasma ball in the sky would start launching lightning bolts that would strike and shock all the individual snakes around. No one single snake was spared from lighting descending on them.

The advantage to this move is it's rather quick as well also adding on the fact that it's a mid range move that can shoot out multiple bolts and can fire on its own. The only problem I can think of for this is that it can't be heavily relied upon since it's a one turn move so it would be best to use it as a distraction if you were gonna use it. A scenario for this would be if you're fighting someone and neither of you can see each other, you'd use this to give off a distraction and prepare your next move while they're avoiding that move. A counter for this would be if you're able to just dodge this move or if you're far enough back since it's stationary and won't fire unless you're within its limits.

Standing mid way from Sasuke and hearing his senpai's word he'd get a serious look on his face, making sure he wouldn't make eye contact with his Sharingan. Taking his opportunity that's given to him Gogeta would begin performing one hand sign (Katon main affinity) and channeling his Katon chakra within his both. Spewing out a breath of flame, the fire would fly towards Sasuke and surround him in a fiery tornado of sorts that would then transform itself into a spider. The flames alone would burn him but upon transforming, it would keep him trapped as well as continue burning him.

Description: After performing five handseals Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger , the user spews out fire that both surrounds the enemy and then transforms into a spider that attacks the enemy. This technique effectively traps and attacks an opponent at the same time, and can be used to force them into another attack.

Immediately after spewing the flames from his both he'd proceed on by concentrating his Raiton chakra within the palm of his hands forming it into a plasma ball. Once full created, he'd launch it into the air as it begins to float up. Reaching high enough, it would stay stationed up there and start to fire multiple lightning bolts that would rain down at the immobile Sasuke, striking and shocking him on impact.

Sasuke observed that Gogeta started off with waving some handseals and then spew out some fire attack towards him. Sasuke anticipated what is going to come next, as he gathered massive amount of water chakra in his lungs, performed ram handseal and then spited out enormous amount of water on the battlefield giving rise to a huge wave of water that will come crashing down on you. This wave will also extinguish the flame that your directed at me, even before your fire attack reaches me.
Sasuke then manipulates the water he spew out in the form of giant water orb that will keep you trapped inside, while Sasuke decides to form the orb in such a manner that he stays out of it.

This orb will keep you trap for good and is of weakened A-Rank or strong B-Rank and hence your lightning jutsu won't be able to break you out of it, even if you decide to perform it. Though it will weaken the prison.
Let's see how you break out of this one...

As the water spewing from Sasuke's mouth would overpower the Gogeta's fire jutsu, it would continue forward in rate of making contact with him. As this happens, Gogeta would instantly perform the Horse hand seal while kneading chakra within his lungs and mouth. Gathering sufficient amounts of Katon chakra he'd exhale a massive wall of flames that would reach incredible height as well as reach incredibly far. With this wall of flame, it would come into collision with the water that was being spewed, matching its power. Not only that, it would continue to go forth towards Sasuke as a D-Ranked technique. Evaporating the water as the flames come into contact making it into steam that would surround the area.

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

As the fire made its way past the water Gogeta would stop himself from exhaling more fire. In that opportunity of vision loss as the flames were disappearing Gogeta would have gathered his Raiton chakra within his body and with the use of shape manipulation, would create a identical clone of himself. In that moment, the clone would sprint directly right of Gogeta (left of Sasuke) and hide behind one of the tree's. Still mid-range from Sasuke.

Seeing his sensei as the flames would fade away, he'd continue and say, That was a nice move you did there, senpai.

Just before saying those words to his teacher, the Gogeta clone...let's call him Vegito, would begin to bring his hands together storing him Raiton within them. Proceeding that, he'd slam them onto the ground sending the Raiton tunneling underground which would head towards his teacher. Approaching him, it would emerge from the ground as electrical tendrils that would attack the unsuspected Sasuke.

After seeing Gogeta performing a massive fire jutsu that overpowered his suiton Sasuke knew that the fire attack will pretty much reach him. He gathered his doton chakra, channeled it all over his body to form an earth armor around himself.

This earth armor is very powerful and will protect him from incoming D-Rank fire and B-Rank tendrils that his opponent sent along the ground.
Sasuke then broke his armor like an egg shell and walked out of it and appeared in front of you.
Time to end this small spar. Overall, you did good work, you are good with timeframe and I was expecting that from you. Your lightning usage was pretty good too. I liked the way you used banquet of lightning with D-Rank head on fire attack. I needed to pull out good defense to simultaneously counter both of them, which was good combo. In first turn you would have used one more jutsu, since you had one more turn, but that's just me you know.
Sasuke was well aware of his aggressive instincts.
In second turn, you would have pressurized me further using freeform or something else when your clone performed banquet of lightning. Overall, it was a good spar, I am going to have a longer one with you after we are done with the jutsus, which will be even tougher. So, if you have no doubts should we move onto the higher ranks??

Good... Sasuke kept his normal nonchalant look on his face and then channeled lightning chakra through his right hand to perform his signature jutsu. He then showed it to his student, who looked at it with a bit of surprise, as he performed the jutsu first this time. This is what you are going to do next.

This technique is originally created by my sensei, Kakashi sensei. You have to start off with forming all those boring handseals and then focus lightning chakra into your dominant hand(whichever you prefer). This focused lightning chakra is really high in amount and hence will produce visible lightning that in turn produces crackling sound. This crackling sound is similar to bird chirping and hence the name, 'chidori'('chi' indicating the sound of the jutsu).
After you are done with the production of visible lightning you run towards your opponent, which will make the jutsu more 'lethal'(due to air friction) and then finally use it for melee attack on your opponent to finish him off. It can be used to cut your opponent or can be used to electrocute him.
If you have lightning release mastered, you can perform it using Ox hand seal.
Now, try forming it and analyze it.
Sasuke then stopped supplying chakra to his chidori, making it disappear.

The next one that you are going to do is, basically higher level manipulation of lightning using chidori.
Sasuke then formed a clone near him at almost mid range from you.

This time you don't focus chakra in your hand, but rather distribute it through your body in the form of electricity. This isn't focused electricity and hence unlike chidori it won't have good cutting prowess. It will act as a surge of lightning. It can be channeled through weapons or ground to electrocute your opponents. It doesn't kill on direct contact but can paralyze your opponent, hence low damage points.
There is also an alternative usage to it and that is mainly used for repelling genjutsus. In that case you channel lightning surge through your entire body, releasing you out of the genjutsu. Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen materials or can be used to stop wooden attacks. Just channel it through the ground and take down my clone.

Standing in front of his senpai, Gogeta would lift his right hand up looking at it. From there he'd start to perform the hand signs Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey. Upon finishing that he'd start to focus his Raiton chakra within that right hand of his. Storing a huge amount, he'd start to release visible lightning coming off his hand with the chirping of birds as it would seem.

The advantage to this is that it's super lethal and is very good in order to finish someone or possibly use it to deflect something if need be. The problem however is that if you haven't mastered Raiton, this move kind of take a bit to do since you have to make so many hand signs in order to do so. A scenario for this however is if your opponent used a Doton armor and you use this, you could blast through them using this and penetrating them (haa).

Listening to what Sasuke had to say, he'd proceed by channeling his Raiton chakra throughout his entire body. Doing so, there would be electricity all over, surging around. Looking over to where Sasuke created his clone, Gogeta would start to channel his Raiton current which was over his body into the ground and using that as a medium, travel to the clone, shocking it and paralyzing him.

The advantage to this is that it allows you to get an upper hand on your opponent in someway. Either it be from paralyzing them or actually attacking them or even getting yourself out of genjutsu it can benefit you a lot. It can also be channeled into weapons and such to make it more deadly. The problem for this however is that it isn't meant to kill the opponent, more sedate them. A scenario for this would be if you're trapped in a Doton move, like mud for example and you use this to crumble the Earth around you to be free.

Now, since you have learnt basics of chidori, time to learn some advanced jutsus of chidori.

This one is basically used to increase range of chidori and to enhance the resulting damaging effects. It is also a distance attack, unlike chidori which is a melee attack. You start off with normal chidori and then reshape it in the form of countless senbons which you then shoot towards your enemy using simple palm/hand movement in front of him.
These senbons are very precise and hence can be used to attack multiple spots/enemies and penetrate deep. They are very fast and hence are extremely difficult to avoid at short range. They also have numbing effects, as they are derived from chidori itself. Try taking down those multiple snakes in front of you.

Sasuke summoned multiple small snakes that slithered towards you.

This one makes it useful when you are fighting from a distance. It is 'solid attack' and hence has better cutting power than normal chidori. Piercing power obviously will be obviously less, which is downside.

Start off with forming chidori in your dominant hand. Then shape manipulate this lightning around your hand in the form of solid lightning 'katana' which will be about 10 meters in length. This jutsu is quick to perform, provided that you already have chidori formed. Good thing is, after piercing your enemy you can manipulate the cutting end of the blade in the form of multiple additional blades that will emerging from all sides and hence damage him severely.

With this you are done with A Rank chidori variants. Perform this on the clone over there and analyze this tech for me. Also, ask questions, if you have any.
Sasuke formed a clone just like every time, which stood at mid range from you. He then decided to keep a close look on demonstration of his student from distance.

Gathering his Raiton chakra, Gogeta would start emitting electricity within his dominant hand. Once it's fully prepared, he would manipulate his chakra into many senbons which would appear from his hand as he swings it towards the approaching snakes. The senbons would strike and numb the snakes in place as well as keep them from moving anymore.

The advantage to this move is that you're able to do this at a distance compared to its counterpart which is a melee attack. The disadvantage to this though is that it can be easily block by something like a wall. It also isn't very deadly, more of a tool to be used in your advantage. A scenario for this would be to throw this to distract your opponent by making them move in someway to attack them while they're vulnerable.

With the Sasuke clone standing ahead, Gogeta would make way by gathering his Raiton chakra and condensing it into what would appear as a rod of sorts. Shooting it out by extending it, he would penetrate the Sasuke clone while having multiple daggers appear from it, skewing the clone and making it disappear.

The advantage to this move is, its also a ranged move compared to a normal Chidori. It also has very good penetration power but not really good cutting initially. The problem is though that you'd have to keep focusing chakra into it as well as it can be easily dealt with by some wind techs. A good way to use this would be if someone happen to make a Doton armor or dome/wall to protect themselves and you'd use this to stab through it and them.

Sasuke watched his student performing the last A-Rank chidori jutsus and was overall happy with his performance.

Start off with those handseals and then channel lightning chakra in the area around you in the form of discharge. After you are done with channeling sufficient amount of amount of chakra, reshape it in the form lightning disks and then send them towards the enemy. Number is decided by the user based upon his convenience. They move at a really high speed and hence make sure that you aim them perfectly to take down the enemy. Sasuke forms a clone that transforms into Nigai and then runs towards you.

This one is good mid range attacking jutsu. Name of the jutsu is pretty simple and so is the actual jutsu.
Start off with the handseals as usual and then gather lightning chakra into any of your hands. Slam that hand on the ground to channel chakra into the ground and then send it towards your enemy in the form of bolt of lightning.
The bolt has an arrow like triangular tip. The triangle is positioned in such a way that, it has base on your side and tip of the arrow/triangle directed at your enemy. It is really powerful jutsu and will even cut through the ground producing massive heat and power as it travel through the ground. The triangular bolt can travel till mid range. Try taking down that bear over there.

As Gogeta would begin gathering his Raiton chakra after performing the Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger hand signs. He would essentially start producing a static discharge around his body. In doing so, there would be a strong electrical current around him. Using that and his shape manipulation he would start to create lightning disks. He would create 4 towards the standing clone as the first one would go directly at him. Moments after he would send the right and left one together. As the clone would be looking for a possible escape, it would have to resort to going up. However, the last disk would appear from above as the disk would collide with it, making him disappear.

The advantage here is that it's rather quick and it you can send a lot of them out, which can out number an opponent. It's also a really fast traveling move so your opponent has to come up with something rather quickly or they're out for the count. The disadvantage here is that it can be a rather easy move to avoid considering how your opponent words it when they're using it. It also takes time since it requires 3 hand signs. A scenario for this would be that they could bait a target into the air and use this right away making it super difficult for them to escape.

Moving forth, he would start to perform another 3 hand signs, starting to produce more lightning around his body; specifically the hands. As he would place them on the ground and start to aim it towards the bear approaching angrily. As the triangle tipped lightning would start to travel towards, it would start to destroy part of the ground as it makes contact with the bear. This would completely destroy the bear as it didn't know what even happened.

The advantage to this move is that it's rather quick and it's strong too. It can possible be hard to detect since it is traveling underground which depending on what you do, can make it difficult to notice. The problem to this however is that this also requires 3 hand signs, which takes time and that is valuable in battle. A scenario for this would be if you have a loss of vision, you use this to send a lightning bolt underground which will travel towards them and strike them without them knowing it's even coming.

Hmmm..You don't really need to name the jutsu, when you perform it. So in the case of first jutsu this thing isn't something that makes it easy to avoid. Although your point is right, it is easy to avoid, because it is easy to 'see them coming'. So how about you mask the handseals or mask the disks themselves, making it a surprise attack??
Also, in case of second jutsu, bolt of lightning doesn't travel underground, but on the ground.

Begin with gathering chakra into any one of your hand and simultaneously start converting into lightning, by giving it lightning like properties. Then compress the chakra to give it a ball like shape, which will be at least equal to the size of rasengan. Hurl it at your enemy for a melee attack(though you can hurl it from mid range as well).
The ball of lightning will expand resulting into massive explosion that will injure your enemy. Try it out on the clone over there and then do the analysis just like you always do.

You start off with those boring handseals and then gather chakra in your feat. Then channel it towards your opponent through ground and manipulate in such a fashion that it forms lightning prison of cubical structure around him using 16 pillars of lightning. This pillars can then release lightning inside the trapped prison to shock your opponent, making it usable as an offensive as well as good supplementary jutsu.

Try restricting movement of that giant dog and put him in the kage.
A giant summoning dog appears out of nowhere and starts running towards you.
