It wasn't much of a surprise for Sasuke that another ninja was waiting for him in the training ground. Sasuke never liked training kids but since his partner was on a day off and Sasuke was still affiliated to Konoha somehow, he has to pull it off. He reluctantly agreed to this responsibility as senpai, he knew this will give him opportunity to get close to the Konoha consulate and as a result to the location of Itachi Uchiha. Though training random kids wasn't simply his style.
Sasuke silently walked into the training ground and observed a familiar face seating their waiting for him. He did saw him in the village and he wasn't someone who you can simply snub off as a random child. Sasuke walked towards him and gave his formal introduction.
My name is Sasuke Uchiha and I am here to teach you lightning, which you already know. I would like to know your name, since I don't want to call you 'student' throughout our training session.
Sasuke then removed a scroll from his pocket, which had your training stats and training history written in it and glanced through it.
Before I teach you next set of jutsus, I want to know how good that Uzumaki brat before me taught you. Just perform the last technique you learnt and yeah one friendly advice, it isn't easy to impress me..

Gogeta would position himself a couple meters away from Sasuke, standing at a save distance. He would extend both his arms out and begin to gather his lightning chakra within his body. Keeping it steady and easy, he would give off a electrical discharge. Not putting too much into it since it could backlash he just keeps it even. Looking at the dummy post standing by Gogeta, he would launch the electrical move towards it. Hitting the dummy would cause him to smoke up a little. From what I believe, this move benefits better while used with a water tech huh?

Unlike Chelsea, my partner, my training method is pretty simple. I will just explain the technique in front of you and then you have to perform it and then analyze the jutsu. Analyzing the jutsu means stating advantages, disadvantages and as creative scenario. There is no fixed template and I might ask you questions to know if you really understood the technique or not.
Sasuke then explains the very first technique in front of you.
I guess your previous Uzumaki brat sensei did explained these two jutsus, I will just reexplain them in my words, before you perform and analyze them for me.
This is basically lower ranked version of Lightning armor technique used by raikage of Kumogakure. Gather your chakra and then release it from all your tenketsus in the body. After that convert it into lightning and use it for offensive or from defensive purpose. By offensive purpose, I mean you can use it to electrocute your opponents while performing taijutsu moves or you can use it to block incoming projectile such as Kunais, Shurikens or projectile based jutsus of lower rank. It is only one time jutsu unlike Lightning armor of raikage. You can also channel lightning chakra through swords to use them for offensive purpose.
Sasuke then forms a clone.
Use this technique alongside freeform and tai(optional) and destroy this clone.
For this one, perform the handseals in the give sequence(Snake → Upside down Tiger) and then clap your hands together. After you are done with it, knead your lightning chakra and then focus it in your hands and then convert it in the form of wave of electrical energy, which you will then send towards a rock formation present on the hill up there.
Sasuke shows you the rock formation present on the hill.
Target the central rock, so that it will loosen up the rock formation and rocks will come down the hill and strike the snake, crushing him as a result. This is a pretty location based technique and can be used only in similar cases.
Sasuke summons a large snake which crawls towards you and has large hill behind it with the rock formation.

Looking at Sasuke create a clone of himself, Gogeta would then gather his chakra and expel in from all his tenketsus throughout his body. While expelling the chakra from his body, he would then release and convert his chakra into lightning, that would then give Gogeta lightning armour around his body. Having his body cloaked with lightning he would then charge at the clone his senpai created. Running at full speed, Gogeta would clench his right fist and punch the clone directly in the face, throwing the clone back and electrocuting him at the same time. The clone then vanishes in a puff of smoke.
The advantage to this would be that it gives good defense and a good offense for the user. Being able to block specific things as well as give you an extra option for attack since it electrocutes them. However, the disadvantage for this would be that this tech would be very weak to wind type techs since it can stop the electricity in it's tracks. A creative way to use this move would be by using this tech on someone that is using water or near it and upon striking them, deal extra damage to said person.
After looking up at the hill Sasuke pointed out he see's him summon a big snake that started to head towards him. Gogeta would then make the hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → and then proceed to clap his hands together. Gathering his chakra and converting it into lightning in hands, a surge of electricity would come off. Still looking up onto the hill Sasuke showed, Gogeta see's a rock formation that he intends to blast. Extending his hands out, he releases a wave of electrical energy that then loses some of the rocks on top of the hill causing some of the rocks to roll down and blocking the path of the oncoming snake. Phew, safe for the moment
The only real advantage I can see for this is it can give a nice distraction of a sort but that's about it. Good work with theoretical part, for the first technique you would have also added two more points such as, this technique is one time usage, as disadvantage and ability of armor to cover the weapons as advantage.
For this one, raise your hand in front of you with palm opened towards your opponent. After that focus and gather your chakra and then send it to your palm and element manipulate it in the form of raiton. After that release the lightning bolt in the form of horn, that spreads outwards(think about a loudspeaker icon). Then send the lightning bolts through it, which will then attack multiple opponents till short mid-range. Try it out on this clones.
Sasuke creates two clones which then run towards you.
Take your sword out, hold it in front of you and then start adding lightning chakra into your sword, step by step. Once you have added enough amount of lightning chakra, which in turn will increase its cutting abilities, due to the vibration of chakra property in lightning. Then using the lightning chakra, make the sword levitate in front of you and multiply the sword creating two more copies and then send all of them towards your opponent. Movement and spinning of the weapons can be controlled by using hand gestures. You need to keep on supplying chakra, if you want to keep this technique active. Also, you can't perform any other technique when this is active as you can't 'mold' your chakra. Try it out on these three clones.

Thank you As Gogeta say's from Sasuke's compliment, despite him being a stubborn one.
Watching Sasuke create 2 clones that start to converge onto my position, I would then extend my hands out in a way that I would be holding a sword and facing the oncoming clones and begin channeling my chakra to my hands. As I'm gathering it, I would then use elemental manipulation to make the raw chakra into lightning chakra that would give off a discharge in my hands. As the discharge continues, it forms bolts of lightning from the hand in the shape of horns that go out flying, striking both the clones. The 2 clones vanished after being struck by the horn lightning bolts.
The advantage to this move is that it doesn't require any hand seals and is rather fast to execute. It's also nice that is can strike at multiple people, so if you happen to be outnumbered, this would definitely help you out. The disadvantage to this that I see is that it can be dodged pretty easily since it's just firing bolts out. It can also be easily counter by a wind tech. One creative scenario to use this with would be that if you're doing something or trying to execute some specific move and the enemy unleashes copies of something or simple clones, you can use this to mow them away rather quickly.
After hearing what his senpai had to say about the next technique, he unleash 3 more clones that start to converge towards me. I would then whip out my sword and begin concentrating my chakra within my blade, adding elemental manipulation to it and focusing my lightning chakra to it constantly. Having placed chakra within the sword, it would then levitate in front of me. I would then multiply the sword to have 2 additional swords hovering in front of me (total of 3). With these 3 lightning infused swords with their capabilities increased, I would launch them towards the 3 clones, piercing right through them. That would then end the 3, not long lived clones.
The advantage to this would be much like the aforementioned tech, which it's good to take out multiple people with one fast swoop. The big problem to this would be that it requires you to keep channeling chakra to keep it going. So if your enemy is good at dodging or just smart in general, they could use this to their advantage while you're a sitting duck trying to hit them. Also while channeling you can't do other techniques (which is why I said sitting duck). A scenario that would work for this would if an opponent was using some kinda defensive wall that was protecting them from jutsu but can't protect against physical things. You could use this tech to pierce said wall since it's physical and since it has lightning infused chakra within it, it'll do more damage when it makes contact.

Hmm...Decent work. Though you made one mistake, first jutsu doesn't give off multiple horns but gives off single horn from which various bolts emerge and then strike your opponents.
Sasuke then unfolds his hands and explains you the last jutsu of C-Rank.
This is the last technique of C-Rank lightning and is pretty easy to perform.
Gather your lightning chakra in your dominant arm(typically, specify which one) and then make it crackle, generating bolt of lightnings around your arm(quiet similar to the effect achieved by Laxus, well known character from manga Fairy Tail) and then focus that chakra in the palm and slam it onto the ground. As a result, you will be able to send the discharged bolts of lightning around you travelling into the ground till short range. Interestingly, they are omnidirectional ones and hence can be used to shock multiple opponents. It is pretty easy jutsu to perform. Strop these snakes and analyze this jutsu, before I teach you B-Rank jutsus.

Good work. Another disadvantage of this jutsu is, it is detectable due to the lightning around arm and palm slam and hence easier to dodge or counter.
You have successfully completed C-Rank, congratulations and moving onto B Ranks.

You must have already figured out that lightning is raw chakra type element and hence is mostly used for offensive techniques, though this one is unique as it is used for defensive purpose.
Wave OX handseal and then follow it up by gathering chakra in your hands that you hold in front of you. Then element manipulate the chakra in the form of raiton chakra and follow it up with shape manipulation to form wall of lightning just in front of you. This wall of lightning can protect you from incoming frontal jutsus and will shock your opponent who tries to touch it. Pretty simple jutsu. Block this incoming wind attack.
Sasuke removes two shurikens from his pockets adds wind chakra to them and sends them towards you in curving manner. So that one of them is directed at neck from left side and another out of them is directed at your abdomen from right side.
This one is essentially the offensive move with pushing abilities. Just gather your chakra and then slowly release it from all your chakra points, turn it into lightning and then shape manipulate it in the form of half shaped dome around you. Note that it is half shaped dome and hence you are open at your back. Then just use it against your enemy by pushing it forward using the already release lightning chakra and momentum. This way you can use it for direct attack.
Now, use it to clash against the clone standing over there, which looks like baka Naruto and yeah don't forget analysis.

As Sasuke pulls out a couple of shuriken Gogeta sees him blowing on them right before he throws it at him. Reacting to such, he would then proceed to make the OX hand seal and then extend his arm directly in front of himself. Gathering raiton chakra in his hands and using shape manipulation to make a electrical wall that would block of the two oncoming shuriken. As the two reach, they just hit the wall and fall to the floor.
Advantage for this is definitely in the fact you're able to do this with a quick hand seal and then instantly extend your arms and gather chakra to make a wall on top of it electrocuting someone who decide to touch it. The problem for this however is that you have to keep streaming chakra to keep the wall up and it's only frontal. So if someone is able to bend a move or you're being attack by multiple people, you'll be in trouble. A scenario I can think of is that someone uses a doton jutsu and you reacting with this pretty quickly to defend against it.
While the Naruto clone was running at Gogeta yelling "Dattlebayooo", he would begin to gather his raiton chakra and release it from all his tenketsus carefully. As the release of chakra started to form in a half shaped dome that covered the front. Gogeta would then begin to run towards the oncoming Naurto. As the two get closer and closer, Gogeta would be even more momentum. Generating enough momentum and force, he would then collide with the Naruto clone and completely make him flying backwards, shocking him and paralyzing him for a brief moment before disappearing in a puff of smoke.
The advantage to this jutsu is that in a frontal attack much like above, this would definitely be good because you're semi protected from electricity and it gives you extra combat power since you have momentum building up. The problem I see for this is you're back yet again is open and you're definitely open to attack. I also don't think there is many times you'll be able to use this tech. A scenario for this would be if someone used a doton clone and or a move that enhanced their taijutsu with doton and you go head on with them using this.
Quick question. In the first example when Sasuke use's the shuriken with wind style, wouldn't it still go throw the lightning wall since it's wind?
Advantage for this is definitely in the fact you're able to do this with a quick hand seal and then instantly extend your arms and gather chakra to make a wall on top of it electrocuting someone who decide to touch it. The problem for this however is that you have to keep streaming chakra to keep the wall up and it's only frontal. So if someone is able to bend a move or you're being attack by multiple people, you'll be in trouble. A scenario I can think of is that someone uses a doton jutsu and you reacting with this pretty quickly to defend against it.
While the Naruto clone was running at Gogeta yelling "Dattlebayooo", he would begin to gather his raiton chakra and release it from all his tenketsus carefully. As the release of chakra started to form in a half shaped dome that covered the front. Gogeta would then begin to run towards the oncoming Naurto. As the two get closer and closer, Gogeta would be even more momentum. Generating enough momentum and force, he would then collide with the Naruto clone and completely make him flying backwards, shocking him and paralyzing him for a brief moment before disappearing in a puff of smoke.
The advantage to this jutsu is that in a frontal attack much like above, this would definitely be good because you're semi protected from electricity and it gives you extra combat power since you have momentum building up. The problem I see for this is you're back yet again is open and you're definitely open to attack. I also don't think there is many times you'll be able to use this tech. A scenario for this would be if someone used a doton clone and or a move that enhanced their taijutsu with doton and you go head on with them using this.
Quick question. In the first example when Sasuke use's the shuriken with wind style, wouldn't it still go throw the lightning wall since it's wind?

Wind is strong against lightning no doubt about it, but is only one rank stronger. That is, C Rank wind= B rank lightning. Hence, my shuriken and your wall of lightning will cancel each other and my shuriken won't go through, since they will lose their momentum.

Gathering his chakra within his hands, he would apply elemental manipulation to it making it produce lightning as it started to give static. Applying shape manipulation directly after he would form it into a ball of electrical energy. As the clone finally arrives, Gogeta would extend his right arm which had the ball of energy and strike the clone right at the stomach. Electrocuting the clone right when struck, he would fall to the ground and disappear.
The advantage to this technique is that it's pretty quick since it doesn't require any hand seals as well as it being a good much in CQC situations. The problem to this however is that if you're fighting someone good, it would be rather easy to avoid and can possibly used against you. A scenario for this would be while fighting a taijutsu user, they make a move while you counter with one hand. Since you have them close and you're restricting one of their hands you can use the other hand to form this technique and plunge it into them.

About the first scenario take care that you aren't in contact with the opponent, when you hit him using punch as it might electrocute you as well and also in case of second jutsu, mid range is a big disadvantage, so when you make water source, make sure that you aren't in contact with it. Apart from that excellent work.^^

Once you are done with that, divide the chakra in four different spots around your opponents(I love the square vertices and diagonal intersection point formation, but you can use your own imagination) and then make four different lightning pillar raise from the ground. The pillars can be very high, based upon the area around the user. Then send lightning bolt using the pillars and electrocute and paralyze your opponent. You can paralyze him beforehand using genjutsu and damage him using this jutsu(combo.>_>) or can simply use it to bind your opponent, making it a versatile jutsu. Provide me more analysis and catch and kill that giant pug over there.

The next one is generally preferred alongside clone(since you don't have Y/Y release and can't use two elements simultaneously.>_>) Though catch here is, you can use it just after the water jutsu(wording is the key here). o.o

Making the required hand seals needed for the technique, Gogeta would then release his raiton chakra under the ground towards the direction of the giant pug. As the pug unsuccessfully circled around and barked at what seemed like nothing four lightning pillars would emerge from the ground in a diamond pattern surrounding the pup. As the diamond formation pillar started to release electricity it would shock the giant dog and make him paralyzed as he stayed put. Hearing it whine the volts of electricity continued to shock it until it stopped breathing.
The advantage to this technique is that you can trap your opponent and use that advantage to combo it to do a devastating move on them which can totally change the outcome of a fight. The disadvantage to this tech is that it requires a good amount of hand seals and it can be somewhat predictable for the enemy which is a big problem. Plus if they're able to counter this move with a doton move then you're shit outta luck. A cool scenario would this would be trying to get the area watered up so when you set this move up and bring the pillars it would do more damage to them and possibly kill them if you're lucky with the outcome.
As his Sasuke's clone begun to run directly towards Gogeta, he would perform the required hand seals and begin gathering his raiton chakra within in his hands as a wave of electricity. Following that step, he would then begin performing a saiton technique which would release water from his mouth as a torrent which would combine with the wave of electricity in his hands, producing a powerful saiton/raiton technique that would collide with the clone, completely destroying it and making it disappear in a puff of smoke.
The advantage to this is that you can do some unique things with this move. Since you can use it with a sword/kunai/shuriken and even other elemental jutsu such as saiton moves, this makes for a powerful move. It also is rather quickly in hindsight. The problem here is that you'd have to think about how you're gonna pull this off because you have to properly word your move and be able to actually unleash it on an enemy. Plus the required hand seals for the initial raiton move plus whatever else you do can make it a rather long prepared move. A cool scenario for this would be if you're able to create a clone that unleashes a move from the side where the opponent isn't aware of it or is slightly distracted and you be able to perform this raiton move and be able to somehow combine it to launch it at the opponent.

Really nice work. Remember four pillar bind is generally recommended to be used as a second move in turn, with first move giving you enough time to wave all those handseals.

Another easy jutsu to perform, gather your chakra and then send it into your hands. After you have send sufficient amount of chakra, change it into lightning and make it crackle around palms. Then slam these palms on the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. Once this lightning current reaches near your opponent, you can then manipulate this current to form multiple tendrils, that will attack your opponent from multiple sides or can attack multiple opponents from different sides. Take out those snakes.
Many large snakes start crawling towards you from the distance of about 15 meters.

As the approaching snakes begin to slither over from about 15 meters away, Gogeta would start to get chakra accumulated within the palms of his hands. Gathering a sufficient amount he would begin to element manipulate it making it into raiton where his palms begin to crackle and give a discharge. Once it's been properly built up he would then slap both his palms onto the floor, sending a current of electricity underground towards the slithering snakes which are about 10 meters away now. Giant tendrils will appear from the ground which would begin assaulting the snakes until they're completely gone.
The advantage to this move is that you can perform this tech from short-long range, which is pretty nice. It's also rather quick considering you don't have to make any hand signs, just gather chakra within your hands and then follow the proper procedure. The problem to this however is that a opponent could tell what the user is planning if they're just gathering chakra within their hands and then suddenly slam their hands onto the ground. A scenario for this would be if you have a block of vision (them not seeing you), you could perform this so it's an unexpected move and that could give you the edge.

With the clone transformed into a bull, it begins to use its foot to dig slightly before charging straight at Gogeta. Just before this happens, he would bring together his hands and would start to generate raiton chakra between the palms of the hands. Beginning to form lightning and the crackles of it sharking everywhere he would use shape manipulation to create it into what looked like a lightning rope. Now as the bull charges forward, Gogeta would extend this lightning rope to strike at the charging bull causing him to stop in rage. Further more, Gogeta would continue using this to tie down the bull, electrocuting it and halting its movement. The bull would then transform back into the normal Sasuke clone and then disappear.
The advantage to this move is that it can be rather fast and it's useful since it's got some distance to it. The disadvantage to this is I don't really see many practical uses for it since a strong opponent would likely easily avoid it or use it against you somehow. Seems pretty situational to me. A scenario for this would be if an opponent fire some mud shots at you and you would use this to deflect it by whipping this at it.

The glow would go on to have an electrical current going off it. Using the lightning hound, he would send it towards the lady which would then get bite by the hound, electrocuting her and rendering her unconscious.
The advantage to this is you the user can stand a good distance away while using this hound to help you out, such as someone with doton armor since if you're close to them it can be dangerous. The problem that I see is that you have to be linked to the hound via collar from your hand, which means you'll have to constantly feed it chakra (stream) to keep it alive which also means you can't perform another jutsu while this one is activated. A cool scenario for this would be that if someone used a summon, you would use this to fight against said summon without hurting yourself fighting it. You'd let your electrical hound do the dirty work.
The advantage to this move is that it can be rather fast and it's useful since it's got some distance to it. The problem that I see is that you have to be linked to the hound via collar from your hand, which means you'll have to constantly feed it chakra (stream) to keep it alive which also means you can't perform another jutsu while this one is activated. A cool scenario for this would be that if someone used a summon, you would use this to fight against said summon without hurting yourself fighting it. You'd let your electrical hound do the dirty work.

You are right about the summon thing in second case, but just like you pointed out, you can't use your hands and hence making handseals while this technique is active will be close to impossible. So solution is, letting your clone use it and counter summon while you attack your opponent. Speaking of clones, I am going to teach you one interesting variant of it, now.
I am not a big fan of this jutsu, even if lightning is my favorite element. You can easily figure out, why.lol
So, what you have to do is, form a copy of yourself that is made up of pure lightning chakra. In short, lightning version of shadow clone, by releasing chakra outside your body and then manipulating it in the form of lightning and make it look like yourself(it does look like yourself, as seen when Kakashi performed the jutsu against Pain).
As mentioned in the description, it can use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques and only lightning element up to B rank. If you attack the clone with a powerful jutsu, it will be dispersed and will return to lightning chakra shocking the opponent.

Sasuke then formed a shadow clone of himself which is going to fight your clone in CQC.
Fight this clone of mine at short range and then after it wins against your clone, shock him to make him disappear. In this case, I want you to make analysis in such a way that you put advantages and disadvantages with respect to kage bunshin.
This one, on the other hand is pretty useful technique. Start off with gathering lightning chakra in your mouth and then release it out of your mouth, while shape manipulating it in the from of spear of lightning. Send this lightning spear towards your opponent. It can travel till long range and can be split apart in multiple branches to take down multiple enemies in the process. It can also be used as a single laser, which will have high piercing power. The piercing power is so high that it can even go through solid rocks and split them apart. It is pretty fast as well. Try it out on that wild dog that is running away(preferably once it is at long range from you) and analyze.
