And OT, honestly Its avoidable.. Or else Hiruzen wouldnt have had to catch Hashi and Tobi in order to seal them.
And orochimaru was able to simply resist it to a degree but thats after Hiruzen was exausted and practicaly dead already from sealing 1st ad 2nd.

Hiruzen did not have to hunt them down.He only used the shadow clones because he was capturing multiple people.
You seem to forget that the only person who can see the death god is those who come into contact with it.
How are peopel going to avoid something they have no idea that is coming ?
And the effort to actually catch them was barely non existent hiruzen sent out clone something that people actually can see and still wound up being caught..The only person who can avoid is orochimaru since he is virtually invincible.

Unstoppable? Not really, but it's extremely difficult to avoid.
All the target has to do is avoid letting the user restrain them. I think after a certain amount of time, the technique ends automatically (see the chapter when Minato states he doesn't have much time when sealing the Kyuubi, just as the Shinigami takes his blade from his mouth), so the user would die.

Once you're grabbed, there's not much that can be done unless - like Orochimaru - you've sealed your chakra somewhere else to be revived in some form.

the only reason orochimaru was able to resist was because hiruzen was old and was stabbed, he was losing his strength
we saw how effortlessly minato pulled out half of kurama's chakra, so yeah the technique is haxx
