(RDS) The Reaper will get killed lol

I think the Reaper in the RDS could possibly be killed by Tobi/Madara.
Since only 50% of the kyuubi is available, they might need the whole 100% to complete the Juubi.But I'm not sure as to how they will kill him since only the user casting the tech can see him. Rinnegan Hax Maybe?

Unless Naruto uses Talk-no-jutsu to get the other half out?
