RDS > Kamui?

As the title says, RDS > Kamui.

Can reaper death seal touch Obito when he uses his intangible? However RDS cannot be seen except the user as Minato....

The only tech so far can counter Kamui is FTG tech no doubt, but i wonder if RDS can do the same....

Any thoughts?

RDS solos all. Trouble is, it can only, at best, be a ties since the user dies.
