Rayleigh is clearly admiral level or greater. When he fought kizaru , Rayleigh cut kizaru face and made him bleed . Rayleigh is also a master of all 3 haki and Luffy's instructor. Do you'll agree to Rayleigh being admiral level or not?
I don't recall Rayleigh making Kizaru bleed. Obviously prime Rayleigh can beat the admirals but current Rayleigh...yeah but with some difficulty.
I can't believe you even brought up WB to this discussion. WB was stronger than Rayleigh both in his prime and before death. WB can solo the admirals on high-diff. It's not a hard concept. It was clearly shown that he took down the strongest admiral at MF (Akainu).I can't believe you made a thread for such an obvious question. Of Course he is admiral level. Not sure if he could beat an admiral presently though, because of his stamina. Like WB, he is way past his prime and cannot outlast an admiral. If the fight goes on for too long, Rayleigh could even lose because of being out of shape (he retired ages ago). Not sure how many will agree, but WB probably could also lose a fight to an admiral, provided it goes on for too long, he'll have one of his fits where he is a sitting duck. In their prime, they could both defeat an admiral.
Well, maybe because WB is also a monster, like Rayleigh, who was stronger than admirals in his time, like Rayleigh, and who now is much weaker due to old age, like Rayleigh! See now why I brought up WB?You must be registered for see images

OT: I think Rayleigh is admiral level but do I think he can take on the former admirals (Kuzan/Akainu/Kizaru), nope. He's too old and he even said it himself but he would put a good fight! I think he can possibly beat Kizaru on extreme-diff. but he would lose to Kuzan/Akainu. He's a old man and he did retire so that puts him back severely.

Rayleigh is NOT a monster. Don't use the term so loosely. WB was an unbelievable tank even at a old age he was able to tank many cannons, gunshots, stab wounds, magma fists, etc. Rayleigh would not be able to tank those hits at all. WB cannot be killed easily. You fail to realize that WB had thousands of marines attacking him and he had to deal with the admirals as well. If it was pre-squardo attack, he can solo an admiral high-diff. but if it's post-squardo attack it will be extreme-diff. LOL "he lacks stamina", it almost feels like you skimmed through the MF arc. Ambushing Akainu is irrelevant cause it's not like he 1 hit him. Akainu still got up and was able to fight.Well, maybe because WB is also a monster, like Rayleigh, who was stronger than admirals in his time, like Rayleigh, and who now is much weaker due to old age, like Rayleigh! Old WB vs any admiral could go either way. WB has his disease fits where he could be killed easily. He lacks stamina to go on for long. And he ambushed Akainu. We have already discussed this. Stay on topic.
I actually think he does have enough juice to out last a damn admiral , did he not swim across the ocean to get to Amazon lily , is that not a testament of his stamina , did he not make kizaru bleed , is that not a testament of his strength, did he not make the majority of oeople in the slave trade past put due to his conquer haki, is this not a testemant of his power !!!Unfortunately, Ray-san isn't Admiral level. In his prime day, most definitely, but now? Nah. I think he can give an Admiral a high-diff fight putting him in Marco/Jozu's league. He was able to cause the only damage inflicted in his fight with Kizaru, but his diminishing stamina was evident and he himself commented on it. He simply doesn't have enough juice to outlast an Admiral. Maybe if he had kept in shape as he left his prime he would be able to beat one, but you've got to remember that he was inactive and drinking his life away after retirement.
LOL you're acting as if he sliced off a limb of Kizaru. It was a small cut but nevertheless it was the first.I actually think he does have enough juice to out last a damn admiral , did he not swim across the ocean to get to Amazon lily , is that not a testament of his stamina , did he not make kizaru bleed , is that not a testament of his strength, did he not make the majority of oeople in the slave trade past put due to his conquer haki, is this not a testemant of his power !!!
