Raw speed, pure speed, who has the most of it?
Note: this is movement through space without Teleportation, Just speed. No surmoning, no wraping, no seals and No eye teleportation techniques.
Also, I listed the characters in their prime.
I have a list and reason(s) along with it.
Hasirama : Fought living EMS Madara several times tijutsu included, (although never won by speed) and won atleast twice. Which means their seeds are about equal. He also fought Kakuzu.
Obito : Removed Minato's arm and attached a so6p black ball "while minato was teleporting" and minato didn't even know. He holds people on the face before they even know he's there (cloaked Naruto and EMS sasuke). Etc
Kaguya : she teleports most of the time, but she is the mother of chakra and therefore should have maximum speed, although she has stopped Sasuke, Naruto & Naruto's clones with mere tijutsu, blocking from all directions.
Current Rikake (Ay) : Dodged amaterasu "targeted at him" point blank without sensing it.
Naruto: Dodged Rikage's attack & deflected 9 biju damas at once, cut Kaguya's arm. Etc
Gai : without gates he's faster than the top speed of most, then with gates, oh no, Puverised so6p Madara with raw speed. Etc
Sasuke : Cut So6p Madara in half, acknowledged by madara to be fast without teleportation, was as fast as lee without weights (gai said this) when he was a child, etc
Lee : couldn't be read by sharingan while he was on gates. His fighting style is speed based (that says a lot)etc
Kakuzu : his movements could not also be read by Kakashi's sharingan fought the first hokage.
Deidara : Ran from and defended himself against Gai's team (with Neji and rock lee) with a kuni in his mouth, no arms and moving with his legs.
Itachi : Can't see him weave a sign, made a clone in the middle of a shuriken fire. His speed is hard to describe cause he doesn't move much, but we all know he's fast.
Kakashi : So fast that he couldn't even see well while moving with chidori with out a sharingan, gai's sparing partner, can use gates a little, (defeated gai in a race once but that was probably a filler), cut kaguya's shoulder point blank unlike naruto that need a clone/transformation diversion or sasuke to serve as a diversion in other for him to cut her arm off.
Madara : His true speed after reaching Kaguya level (activating the third eye) was never determined. But he was fast enough to tijustu an army until Gaara and naruto used ninjutsu, dodge Rikage, kill an Ems Sasuke coming from behind, fast enugh to block 7 gate gai a couple of times and also blocked hirudora, cut minato's other arm. Etc
Who is the fastest?.
