Nope. Just my opinion.
I believe since Jinbei is arguably dangerous as f*ck when it comes to DF users and being a FK master it puts him just into the Admiral level category.
For Kuma and Hancock pretty much what I meant was almost Admiral level so calm your t*ts.
And Doflamingo as weaker than both of them imo. Hes not close to Admiral level.

You need to calm down.
Doffy is one of my favourite characters but that doesn't mean I have to think he is some god?
And im not necessarily saying he is weaker than a VA.
Just weaker than Hancock and Kuma.
