I'll give her a 3 for around that time. She showed she cared for Naruto and the rest of her team. She showed off how good she was at chakra control. She attempted to protect Tazuna. I dunno, she just seemed very ok this arc for her part one self. Sure she was useless basically the whole arc, but she tried at least.

OT: Overall a 3. She lacked when it came to action, once again no signature abilities and technically she was mostly unecesary.
Still, she showed that she cared for her teammates, kept focusing on her job and discovered her talent (chakra control).
