i see.just asked since you put madara below him since i remember few feats from madara such as tricking the kage's into sealing the clone and planning the whole becoming jj thing while fighting edo hashi but none from oro

Not sure how anyone can actually read the manga then rank anyone other than Kakashi first. No one has done as much as he has in terms of showcasing combat IQ nor has anyone matched him in regards to most impressive feat.

From small things like figuring out Itachi was using an explosive clone, allowing himself to be hurt to use his own blood to track Zabuza in the mist, to bigger things like developing a plan to defeat Itachi's tsukuyomi, developing plans to beat all 6 rinnegan paths(including figuring out how to beat the most destructive/powerful one on the fly)......

...Or you know that part in the manga where he developed the plan that defeated the god of the Narutoverse.

I wanna read the manga where these other characters have better feats than Kakashi. Maybe it's better than the bullshit part 2 of Naruto I read from Kishimoto.

The thing is gaara only has 1 ability he stayed that way since part 1 (I mean sure the amount of sand he could control grew but other then that he kept his one ability and developed it.)

I wouldn't call sauce or nardo smart both have shown throughout part 2 that if they did not have people helping them their rahs decisions would have costed them their lives

The edo kage actually commented on gaara tactical prowess calling him the golden egg of the generation or the kage or something lime that

Nardo and sauce just receive insane powerups, they have so many power ups that they don't even use some abilities anymore because of this. Battle INt is not receiving God power up and using it and doing awesome feats. Battle Int is where even if your outclassed by your opponent in overall rank you still figure out a way to beat them, not to mention training in your abilities not just getting more powerups each time the baddie is stronger then you . For example, gaara mixing his sand with gold dust thus when the joki ball exploded enough heat was applied to make it into solid gold, or when gaara used his sand to sense Mu's presence. Both things were crucial in defeating the two kage. Nardo and sauce literally died simotaniously on the battlefield and the. Came back with God like powers on top of their God like powers they already had... this had been going ok since beginning of part 2 where both chars get so many abilities they don't have time to train or build on more to those abilities like gaara has done with his sand (defense offense at same time, flight, tracking/sensing, sealing) the dude did ****ing chemistry in the middle of the battle lmfao

Exactly .only shikamaru and his dad can compare IMO .
+figuring out the ST cool down of Deva .
Figuring out a plan to find Edo zabuza in the mist using other people abilities .
Telling kitsuchi to use his doton beneath Jiubi's feet to change BD trajectory .
Figuring out how intangibility actually works ...etc

Because feats are far more important than hype. And if you're looking at the manga and asking who has the greatest combat IQ, you have to go off of feats.

What you're doing is equivalent to someone calling Hiruzen as strong as Hashirama because he had someone else hype him the same way Hashirama was hyped.

Shikamaru may be as hyped as Kakashi but he certainly is no where near his level in feats.

No one is on Kakashi's level, or even close, in feats. Not in amount of combat IQ feats or in terms of how impressive his feats are. The reason the god of the Narutoverse was defeated is because Kakashi planned it. That ends the conversation alone. Factoring in everything else is just icing on the cake.
