Obito: 6/10 (meh, but just above average IMO)
Madara: 5/10 (pretty cliche and boring)
Orochimaru: 9/10 (best villain in the series)
Pain: 8.5/10 (Just behind Oro)
Akatsuki: 8/10 (as a group, they were actually quite mysterious)
Sound Five: 7/10 (had quite good potential)
Kabuto: 6/10 (Same as Obito)
Sasuke: ?/10 since I'm not sure what side he's on but on his previous streak I'll also give him a 6/10.

Can't really count Zetsu because he doesn't speak much, I can't class Zabuza and Haku as villains to be honest.

Orochimaru was an amazing villain. Easily one of the best in the series so far.
Hopefully he'll become the antagonist once again in the future, but I wouldn't mind if he stays neutral.
