10/10 for being Naruto's dad.

I was always a little interested in Minato, but I wrote him off when I felt we wouldn't get to know him. One of the few characters that I doubted and completely proved me wrong. Nice moveset, great history, and of course he's a loving father to my favourite character.

I'd say 8/10. He's strong, kind hearted, but he lacks a little bit more experience I think.
