Rate the Kage: Minato

How does the Base think about the Kages... As in personality, powers, actually it's just... Do you like the character or not?

Tobirama's, Hashirama's, Hiruzen's and Tsunade's polls are already up (don't forget to vote on them too), now it's time for 'the yellow flash' Hokage, Minato!


I will make a thread like this for each Kage, and then after 2-3 days all polls will end and then we will see which Kage at this moment is the most popular one on NarutoBase. I hope everyone is honest when they vote.
