I never liked him because I like smart characters.
Also he is too emotional, screaming and yelling all the time. Not cool at all (at least for me).

I see Naruto as one of the best characters in the entire series, but I do have a few dislikes about him.

I didn't like when he was hyperventilating over Sasuke, or whenever he's been close to giving up. That's totally out-of-character for him.
Also, his moveset is a bit limited. He needs to learn a variety of techniques instead of Rasengan variants and Kage Bunshin.

Well Kishimoto ruined his character with all the gei shil, the kneeling before the reikage for sasgei and the crying on the snow remembering sasgei and so on.

I also don't like the fact that he's the main yet the weakest, I mean without the Fox, he's Neji level at best.

there are some good things to naruto as well as bad.
some things good is he is peaceful and loves his friends, strong and strong jutsus.
some annoying things is he is very emotional almost to much and he uses the same jutsus

no i didnt see this till after the valley fight and then shippudden but

i looked back and naruto was nothing but an annoying kid who shouted constantly terrible clothes was a fool with foolish beliefs

actually forces his beliefs on others was cocky arrogant like sasuke wasting his time on a stupid promise to "save" sasuke

chased after some girl who never gave him time of day allowed her to trash him with words and still liked her

his shinobi way isnt even his he took his from haku

makes so man y statements yet they have been slapped down simply because the guy is naive thats why i hate him

He is the only character I give a 10/10. He is my favorite and he is a total baws. The only time that he annoyed me a little was with the hypventilating bullsh*it because that was over-reacting, but that was the only time. For the rest, this is a great character.

Edit: Oh, and the fact that Hinata is almost 'for' him, makes him even a bigger boss.

Naruto was really lame in part 1 , but then he grew up to be smarter and more like ninja , he still has some bad things like hyperbullshit and lets beg raikage , that was really lame !

But in the end he grows up alot , having kurama on his side makes up for alot off stuff.....

Naruto needs someone to teach him how to behave , like hinata !

Look at how hashirma is now i think naruto will be just like hashirama when he grows up !

Hashirama had mito and his brother to become cool , powerfull and chill !

Naruto will also become like that after the battle with sasuke and once he gets to become hokage !

Edit:... i did not vote.... he is and ok character because i did not expect much from him , and no one with a brain would expect that seeing him in part 1

naruto is a very good character. he is very entertaining because he has a child like attitude, that's why i like him. he is funny and makes everyone laugh and happy. and also he has given us many lessons through his speech. the best one is

"if you don't like your destiny then don't accept it instead have the courage to change it the way you want it to be. because somebody told me that i was a failure, i will prove them wrong, if there is something such as peace then i will find it."

I don't hate him....but i must admit that he has been made way too powerful and i mean RAW POWER.......like some freaking dbz character.....which is what really annoys me,....it woukd have been better if he had the knowledge of ninja arts, had intelligence and patience.....but instead he is way to hasty, impatient, always trying to do everything by himself...however he is a very emotional character and i do like that side of him....i like his never giving up attitude, his hard work and his pranks plus stupidity(not always though).....he is someone one would love to hang out with......a very entertaining dude......so overall i would give him 8/10d s
