now all you have to do is rate the anime girl above you on a scale of 1-10 then post another anime girl for the next user to rate, the anime girl does not have to be from a anime...all that matters is that it is a anime style drawing
example:

user2: 7/10 (insert anime girl pic here)
user3: 9/10 (insert anime girl pic here)
and so on
