Madara: Kage level even without the sharingan because of his amazing fire element techs, his taijutsu and swordplay matches or surpasses Kimimaro and KillerBee respectively IMO, battle experience that transcends generations and armed with his WarFan that doesnt use the Sharingan...but still gives him a massive battle edge.

Kakashi: Jounin High intelligence, superb taijutsu, high sense of smell and ability to use water, fire and earth elements at varying degrees. Chidori, which even though the no sharingan scenario renders less accurate, still packs a fearsome punch. Ability to summon dogs to aid in battle.

Itachi: Jounin. High degree of intelligence, taijutsu on par with Kakashi, ability to use Water and Fire techs at varying degrees. Battle experience and amazing speed. Capable of summoning a single large crow to aid in battle.

Sasuke: Jounin: Always shows initiative in battles, impressive taijutsu, Chidori which he can manipulate at will to devastating effect, Fire and Lightnings Techs at varying degrees, Summoning ability: Hawk to give him a competitive advantage.

Obito: Chunin: Battle experience, average fire techs. Sh*t...I am downgrading Obito to Genin cuz without his eyes...he is as good as Konohamaru.

Okay I went too far with Obito's assessment...but all his techs including his Gezo Mazou summoning needs his eyes.

Itachi/Madara sannin/Kage levels. Itachi with sharingan is above kage level and one of the top tier shinobi's like minato and hiruzen. lol lets take wood release from madara XD. or FTG from minato.
or rinnegan from nagato. then the average uchiha without sharingan are still bad ass.

Which powerful techniques are you talking about? So far i know the only powerful technique that makes him struggle right now is kamui. Besides from that he was fighting 2days spamming Raikiris, KB everywhere. Itachi has lower chakra than Kakashi. It's stated by Kishimoto. You can see it even in his databook

Going by all of this, even if you do take away Itachi's eyes, he has enough chakra to master other genjutsu and ninjutsu techniques. As genjutsu replies of ones intellect, and Itachi is a prodigy:

And he is also naturally gifted with high chakra reserves as he is an uchiha.

Nothing you have said is even remotely based on manga facts, only your own hatred towards certain characters. You called me a kakashi hater, when I praised his intelligence, speed, and clairvoyance, but you pal? You are nothing but a hater through and through. Get over yourself.

Get your facts straight before posting, Sasuke had his Sharingan inactive at that time, BUT he wasn't blind at all yet.
He started going blind when he thought he could spam his Susanoo as shit against Kakashi.

And why take into account his entire fight with Danzo for your convenience of course? And still he wasn't able to take down his opponent, who managed to easily block his kick? No man, Kakashi > Sasuke totally in taijutsu, when Sasuke was at the last drop of his stamina. lulz The logic.

Kakashi clearly had the upper hand, he swiftly avoided Sasuke's kick while Sasuke could only block Kakashi's.

According to you, Kakashi is so beneath Itachi, right? Especially in Part I?
Then, according to you, Itachi resorts to MS even in such "small" fights as against Part I Kakashi.
Now you have to choose - either Itachi had no option but to use MS against part I Kakashi or he overuses his Sharingan. There's no third option available and I'm pretty interested in your choice, anyway.

You are right man, he doesn’t rely on it at all. What was I thinking? Should I go on and post more examples? I don't care what you think, Kakashi is not an inch over low to mid jounin.

Kakashi has stepped up his game since the akatsuki thing took off. We have slowly seen him grow stronger every single fight. Kakashi now would kick old Kakashi's teeth in.

ye that true kakashi improved verry good imo he is easy sanin level possible kage level.

but about itachi i think without sharingan not higher then an average sanin/kage.

right when the invasion of Konoha commenced. This was back when Sasuke only had a two tomoe sharingan and could only use chidori twice a day. Current no sharingan Sasuke is a lot stronger than that as he is much faster, intelligent and versatile than CE Sasuke. Not only that, he now has a hawk summon and skills in kenjutsu. Other things like physical strength and stamina have also increased quite tremendously.

I'd say Sasuke without the sharingan is still only mid jounin level. He did rely a lot on his cursed seal which puts him below the other three in terms of rank/level. I'd put him on the same level as Asuma.

As for Itachi, Kakashi and Madara..... Without the sharingan they are still easily high jounin level material but putting them at low kage seems kind of a stretch. Maybe they could beat Lady Chiyo, Mei or Mifune to get a spot at low kage but I don't really know.

Obito can still be a low jounin level ninja as he has great physical strength, reflexes and stamina. He lacks versatility though.

Madara (his experience in real warfare) kage lvl
Itachi (able to think clear and even though 99.9% relay on his sharingan) high jounin lvl Tie with Kakashi (good thinker)
Sasuke(various jutsu with out sharingan) jounin
Obito( no ms just a pure fodder) fodder not even a lvl pure genin

Madara (kage), Kakashi (jonin), Obito (jonin), Sasuke (Jonin), Itachi (jonin), their all or mostly jonin because non of them are chunin or genin level ninjas if they were they would SUCK.

sasuke still has chidori and all his lightning jutsus... he also has his smarts and decent taijutsu i think sasuke is second to madara. then its itachi,then kakashi, and finally obito probably at like chunin lvl... obitos powers are solely of his sharingan

Madara. Even if he doesn't have his eyes, but still has that back item(the thing that repels mostly all attacks back at the opponent) he'd still be around kage level.

Sasuke. It pretty much speaks for himself, now that he's back with Orochimaru, there's no telling what he could do. Hell, he could even ask for another Curse Mark(but I doubt he will) or gain some weird power up. But even in all that, Sasuke is still strong, having all his Lightning and Fire Style jutsu.

Kakashi. We all know Kakashi became Jounin when he was a little kid. Kakashi didn't really need the Sharingan, as he could only use it to see through genjutsu(as he could when he was younger) and able to read enemy movements. Now he had his MS, whereas he could use Kamui, well a slightly different version of it. But it seems as if his eyes are starting to "weaken".

Obito. He comes right after Kakashi. He knows Fire Style jutsu, and maybe thousands of other jutsu like Kakashi. Well, they have the same eyes don't they? And when he gained his MS, he too had Kamui, but this time it was a different version; he could make his body seem intangible when the part of his body was sent to the other dimension.

This is a hard one, all uchiha rely heavenly on their sharingan, besides itachi and madara and non uchiha kakashi would do fine with out it, I'll have to say the rest would just be fodde.
