LOL! kakashi genin? He was a jonin before the sharingan. None of these would make it to kage without sharingan though.

Kakashi will be stronger than itachi without sharingan... And kage level...
Come on guys, he did a nature manipulation and shape manipulation together at just the age of 13...what 4th hokage couldn't do... Mastermind.... Smarter than shikamaru(kishi said that not me)...
Base Madara(not hybrid) would be high jounin to kage level without sharingan
Itachi would be high jounin...but no kage level...
Obito at his best would be chunin
sasuke would be jounin at his best

How should we be able to rate this? Most of their techniques and style of fighting are based around the Sharingan. We wouldn't be able to surmise their reaction time without the Sharingan. Their jutsu prowess or anything.

kakashi wouldnt be last!!! for one he showed sasuka alot of stuff witch im sure kakashi mastered already! and he is the only one (im sure)that has dont the most fighting without it and hes smart...always finds a way to over come! so he might not be first but to all of u sayin he would be last just cuz he aint blood tied to the sharingan or whatever are wrong......

First of all madara DOESNT have mokuton. The op didnt state which madara version so by default we go by when he was alive and NOT edo and in that case its ems madara. Basically he has his great katon versions, kenjutsu, taijutsu, reasonable speed/reflex. So far his genjutsu ability shown is restricted to the sharingan.

Obito might have hashirama dna however he has demonstrated limited mokuton feats. His hashirama dna is more of a powerup to his uchiha based abilities, so without the sharingan, hashirama's dna arent of much help to him. Also the techniques that madara thought him are linked to his uchiha based techniques one way or another. Even in his recent fight when he demonstrated a katon variation Katon Bakufu Ranbu in was linked with kamui. The only katon variation he has shown without the sharingan is Gokakyu no Jutsu. Basically restricitng the sharingan weakens obito so much that, you can compare him to the kakashi gaiden arc before he got the sharigan. All the abilities he has shown, from gedo mazo, to chakra chains and everything else have to do with the sharingan one way or another. He does have Doton Moguragakure no Jutsu though however that isnt very useful. His genjutsu ability is limited to the sharingan

Kakashi was a jonin before he got the sharingan. However he wasnt impressive at all to say the least during the war arc and infact as soon as obito awakened the 2 tomoe sharingan he effectively became stronger than kakashi. There is a misconception that because kakashi was a jonin before he got the sharingan taking it away from him means nothing, however he does. After he got the sharingan, he had molded his fighting style around this ability therefore without it he would feel very much lost like the other uchiha. For 13 years he didnt have the sharingan, however he has had the sharingan longer that when he didnt have it. 30-13 = 17. 17 years with the sharingan. If you take it away from him, he would be very much lost. He has also fought way stronger opponents during his 17 years with the sharingan than during his 13 years without it. Anyway its due to the sharigan that allowed him to get copy those rumoured 1000 techniques so if he doesnt have the sharingan he doesnt have these techniques?, or because he has learnt them even if you take away the sharingan he still has them. The latter has to apply for him to stand a chance. Still chidori/raikiri are limited without this ability. He has good taijutsu, handspeed, intelligence and overall speed to warrant a good ranking.

Sasuke, my beloved sasuke. People usually sleep on him. Sasuke graduated top of his class he awakened the sharingan by himself. He gave kakashi a tough time during team 7 bell test to the extent that, kakashi noted that he couldnt read his porn magazine. He has shown average taijutsu, god like speed (DB says so), vast ninjutsu though chidori and potentially kirin is out of the question without the sharingan. Like the other uchiha's above his genjutsu ability is limited to the sharingan. He did however defeat a bunch of fodders without the sharingan and presuably without ninjutsu and relied solely on taijutsu/kenjutsu for orochimaru who has been described by the god of shinobi sarutobi, a once in a life time genius to state that him being called a genius is pitiful when he looks at sasuke;

Itachi it seems people are sleeping on him without the sharingan. Well itachi graduated from the academy at 7, during his time there did his teacher say this about him;

Later did he activate the sharingan and master it at 8. Already a genius before the sharingan. Unlike the uchiha's above itachi's genjutsu ability isnt limited to the sharingan;

Still a genjutsu user. Above average taijutsu ability. Handspeed still the fastest. Body speed, still one the fastest, add to this intelligence and weapon usage.

Why are their ranks below jonin ? Everyone there besides obito reached jonin rank at young age so you listing genin and chuunin is ridiculous and the ones who do not have an official rank are clearly above it >fail thread
