Since when is stamina = Chakra? Stamina is resilience and Chakra is the ability to mold the bodily energy to use techniques, and Kakashi hismelf admits he doesn't have enough of it. Kakashi said it in Part I and it's unwise to compare Part I Kakashi with current one. Add to this the fact that he would have more stamina than he has now if he didn't have his Sharingan, and you will get a ninja with stamina quite some level above the avarage.

And an above average stamina is required to become a kage level ninja? Even if hypothetically I say okay, you are right, this still doesn't solve his chakra problems.

Itachi has better Chakra reserves. And no, Kakashi himself said that he inherently has low chakra, when he compared himself to naruto and Sasuke way back when they were chunin. Take away the sharingen and he still would have problems as far as learning powerful techniques is concerned. I mean, he can't use chidori many times because of this problem. Are you now suggesting that manga is somehow wrong?

Kakashi at the age of 13 WITHOUT SHARINGAN was on par with well known and respected Iwagakure jonins.
He was already mid jonin or higher without his Sharingan AT THE AGE OF 13.

Current Kakashi without Sharingan would be minimum high jonin level but probably low kage level.

Also, you overrated both Itachi and Sasuke, since Itachi without Sharingan is nothing special. He was never seen in a fight without his Sharingan, as opposed to Kakashi, he always relies on these eyes. There's nothing wrong with it, sure, but he would be SEVERELY handicapped if Sharingan was taken from him.

He would be mid jonin to high jonin.

Which powerful techniques are you talking about? So far i know the only powerful technique that makes him struggle right now is kamui. Besides from that he was fighting 2days spamming Raikiris, KB everywhere. Itachi has lower chakra than Kakashi. It's stated by Kishimoto. You can see it even in his databook

And I don't think you'll be hypocritical enough to say that fighting evenly with a strong jonin at the age of 13 is a small feat.
Itachi was not shown defeating even a chunin without his Sharingan. As I said, he absolutely, in 100% of instances, used Sharingan in all his known fights. Hell, he even had it activated most of the time outside the battles.

Based on feats not requiring the sharingan, i would say

Sasuke- Most techniques and best ninjutsu not requiring sharingan
Kakashi- Still a high jonin and genious
Madara- Very few feats without sharingan but strong fire techs
Itachi- I placed him low because he would not be proficient in genjutsu without sharingan and would really only have some taijutsu and fire techniques
Obito- He would be the same failure he was before the sharingan and honestly, tobi without MS is fodder

Izuna- Has no feats so he isn't placeable.
