Rate Sharingan users without Sharingan

Madara with Hashi cells but without sharingan and rinnegan is still godlike, Obito (without rinnegan and sharingan) is fodder,Sasuke (without cursemark)and Kakashi are still kage level or almost kage level, and Itachi is jounin IMO.

All of them expect Obito are really fast, Itachi and Sasuke are skilled weapon users and Madara has his overpowered Fan, so I'm putting them in this order:

1) Itachi (Jonin)
2) Madara (Jonin)
3) Sasuke (Jonin)
4) Kakashi (Jonin)
5) Obito (Fodder Jonin)

Obito-Although he he trains hard he still fails without the sharingan.Base kakashi and guy would obviously beat him
Sasuke-Natrually talented with lightning techniques and even the naruto fans know base sasuke > Base naruto
Madara-his mastery with his sword and taijutsu will make him a force to be....WTF im i saying he's not as badass without the sharingan
Itachi-Extremity smart but without genjutsu he would just be another shikamaru with fire ball jutsu instead of shadow possession

Sasuke still has great Fire techniques and lighting techniques and great at Taijutsu too so he will high Jonin or mid Jonin.

sasuke - high chunin to neji level
obito - 1. death by boulder, madara wouldnt save nonuchiha(since no sharingan)
2. If madara saved anyway, he would have been killed by mist ninja since he didnt have MS

How do you put Kakashi below Itachi when Kakashi was one of the best ninja's without the sharingan he came Jounin at age 13.
That is very rare due to no one without a sharingan doing that.
