His tactics are very good and he's very quick in that aspect, but battle knowledge atm is not the highest as he never seen rinnegan and mokuton.

Battle knowledge..... hmm is there a limit, because there needs to be a limit if you are gonna do a 1-10?

Battle knowledge can be attained by studying and experience. But he only has experience.. never seen him study any battles.

9/10 very high knowledge even MS sasuke in crazed emotional states was called genius and his techniques were always thought out even when fueled with rage and emotion in the danzo battle sasuke used high powered high speed techniques to force danzo to continue using izanagi forcing him to waste all his eyes then a smartly timed genjutsu for the win uchiha sasuke is a battle genius yet people refer to this battle as spamming smh
