Rate Naruto without Kurama and Sasuke without Sharingan

Having no Kurama would mean his parents, or at least his father, would be alive, meaning he'd be taught a lot of techniques by Minato and Kushina, including FTG and several sealing techniques. It would also mean he wouldn't have such poor chakra control since he'd have no tailed beast, and would be able to learn at an even faster rate than he already does.

Naruto's incredible healing powers were thought to be thanks to the Kyuubi, but it's from his own clan's abilities. Naruto also has Sage Mode which is no small task to master, and is able to go from 1 to 1000 in an instant. He also mastered Rasenshuriken & Rasengan, both being variations of the Bijuudama. As if that's an easy thing to do. Along with his toad summons, he's also great at utilizing his clones for various purposes, such as in his battle with Pain where he threw himself at Pain using clones.

Without Sharingan, Sasuke's basically the level of a fodder chuunin, not just a regular chuunin, a fodder chuunin, the ones missing a plot shield
Naruto's at mid jonin-anbu level, since he has Sage Mode and Uzumaki chakra

Naruto without Kurama = Still have Sage mode, can fuse with ma and pa toads, Toad summons, Rasengan and its variants, FRS, and possibility of both or atleast one of his parents alive. That makes him easily Mid-High Kage level.

Sasuke without Sharingan = Chidori (still needs sharingan for more precise control), other chidori variants, kenjutsu, snake summons, katon jutsu's, Kirin, genjutsu, curse mark (?). So he'd be about high jonin.

sasuke not have cursed mark and cant use genjutsu without sharingan.

If you take Kyuubi from Naruto , you must take the EMS from Sasuke.

I'm correcting the OP.
Sasuke got the MS after witnessing the death of his brother , and MS has side effects and ultimately blindness unlike SM.

Naruto would be about Kage level because of Sage Mode.

Sasuke on the other hand would have lost the bulk of his abilities as Chidori is almost useless without a Sharingan, he probably wouldn't have even been taught it if he didn't have one. So Sasuke would probably be Jonin.
