Remove the Mightyena/Kadabra and add sharpedo (mega w/ speed boost), sableye (with prankster), salamence & azumarill. You can get either a sharpedo mega or salamence mega, it's up to you. Mega salamence just makes the game too easy so I'd go with mega sharp. Mega Sharp./Salamence is much better than mega sceptile IMO. You can think of the last pkmn yourself.

Edit: Just found out you need to beat the game to get the mega stone for sharpedo. You can still keep the pokemon since it's pretty fast when you surf with it.

Mega-Salamence using quick-attack (Aerilate) would KO a mega sceptile. Sharpedo can protect to get the speed boost, then mega-evo. and go in for the ice fang. Sceptile just has a nice ability really. I don't see it as much of a threat in competitive battles compared to mega swampert/blaziken.

Sceptile was always my favorite starter and is even my favorite pokemon so I'll always stick with it.
