Rasnall has short to medium spiky hair and a medium build. He usually has a smile across his face and when he isnt smiling he will be drinking Sake and eating Ramen. His clothes change alot, from a standard work uniform to his battle outfit for training and battling. Rasnall`s eyes change colour from red/green and when activating his Byakugan his eyes change to a complete cloudy white and veins can be seen pulsing from the temples travelling towards the eyes.

Rasnall has a happy-go-lucky guy and always has a cheeky smile. Rasnall prefers to resolve conflict with words but will fight if it is the only option. He will always stand up for those who are weak and will not stand for bullying or unjustified aggression towards others. Rasnall will help anyone who asks for it as long as it doesnt cause harm or greif to others. With Rasnall having a Hyūga farther, a mother from Konoha and living in Kirigakure he grew up knowing his family was out of place compaired to everyone else. In his school he made friends very easily found people would greet him with hostility and fear

History:
How Rasnall got to Kirigakure:
Rasnalls Farther (Kasotca) was a member of the Hyūga main house and was an assistant to the Elders, by placing the Cursed seal on the foreheads of the Branch members. Kasotca hated branding his fellow Hyūga brother and sisters but was bound by the law to do so. One day, Kasotca leading a team of three other members from the branch family, were sent on a mission to a little village in Konoha, to investigate the sighting of a possible Missing-Nin. Upon arrival at the village they find only ruins, dead civilians and fire engulfing what houses were left. The team of four walk cautiously through the fire and rubble to investigate, but they were to late. The attackers were long gone, and with the silence from the dead unbareable, they start their investigation to find who could have done this. Kasotca and his team mates spread out to gather clues and evidence for what has happened, when Kasotca stubbled upon a hole in the ground, camoflaged with leaves, Kasotca stands above the hole and whispers "Byakugan". Looking into the ground he can see the chakra of an unknown person curled up, Kasotca tentativly removes the leaves and finds a woman unconcious covered in blood. Kasotca orders his fellow ninja to carry her back to Konohagakure as she may be a witness to what happened.
Upon returning to Konohagakure, Kasotca was ordered to accompany the unknown woman to the hospital, and to guard her with his life. Kasotca watched as the nameless woman began to get healthier and healthier and the first time there eyes met he felt a warming in his heart and a clarity to his existance, he was in love. As much as Kosotca and other Hyūga medical ninjas tried, two weeks passed and she still hadnt spoken a word to anyone about her name or what happened in her village. The Hyūga elders held a meeting and decided it was cruel to send her into the world alone and she could not stay, so she must be killed. Kasotca flinched as he heard the verdict and decided he would not allow this to happen. To avoid him fighting his brothers he when to the hospital as normal (the night before she was to be taken) and rushed into her room.
Kasotca:.....listen...we dont have much time...you must come with me...NOW! Please...i dont need to know your name or what happened that night. I just need to know that your alive.
Kasotca reached his hand out and stared into her eyes.
Kasotca:...please...
She took his hand and in one fluid motion he threw her onto his back.
Kasotca: Hold on. This could get rough.
Kasotca leaped from the hospital window and ran as fast as he could not looking back. He felt the womans grip around his chest and her head resting against his back. The cold winter silence was broken only by the softest of voices.

Rasnall grew up in Kirigakure with his mother and farther and was an only child. As a child Rasnall was always quick to make friends but there were a few children who would make fun of his constant change in eye colour. Rasnall did become best friends with Kisame Hoshigaki who was 14 when he first met Rasnall 7, who shares the same birth date. At a tournament held for the juniors in the village, Rasnall and Kisame form a tag team dubbed “the Blue and Red squad”. Rasnall and Kisame would practice day and night together with Kisame teaching Rasnall new jutsu`s and strategies. As Kisame joined the Cyber Division, Rasnall saw less and less of his best friend due to him leaving on missions and running errands. Rasnall made it his goal to join the Cyber Division so he could join teams with Kisame again.
Until one day, returning home from training, he finds the village in disarray. Speaking to his farther, Rasnall is told that Kisame has killed Fuguki and taken the Samehada for himself. Rasnall does not believe what he is told and sets out to find Kisame and confront his best friend on what has happened. Rasnall stands at the foot of the main gate to Kirigakure and blocks Kisame and Tobi`s path. Rasnall questions Kisame on what has happened and is shocked at what he has done and also how unsympathetic he is towards his actions. Rasnall realises that Kisame has changed from the childhood friend he knew to a monster. Rasnall refuses to more for Tobi or Kisame and is cut down in a matter of seconds by Kisame, with his last words being “all life is filled with lies”.
Rasnall wakes in the hospital 2 weeks later with a new burning resolve “rescue Kisame”
