I Just Re watched The 3rd Shippuden Movie Is It Me Or Did They Make The Rasenshuriken Extra Strong ????

You must remember that Naruto has not done a Raenshuriken sine he fought that Akaski guy and He was worn out from practicing it so many times and using in battle 2 times. In the movie He used it one time and was rested so He could put all that energy into it and keep His arm safe from damage.

dont forget the first time he did this jutsu they said it was only 50%

it was the same as before but i still wonder why he wasnt hurt by it.
btw whenever naruto uses rasenshuriken why does he always his someone from above?
