you would see the Rasenshuriken did knock him out and due to being a edo tensei his recovery speed is much higher. Also it was stated here

Plus the rasenshuriken has different delivery methods, when he throws it it cuts into them and then explodes but when he uses it up close the rasenshuriken just explodes.

The Raikage was laying on the ground after the attack so it obviously did some damage also his an edo. Madara as an edo was able to tank jinton so that's proof that being a edo makes your body much stronger.

If it didn't do no damage than you would just stand right though that's what doing no damage means. Naruto never said it had no effect. Why do they have to mention it? But he did tank it if that was Living Madara he would have been killed.

Lol, no Kakuzu wasn't even close to dying, but i will admit Rasenshuriken did the most of the damage, but why would Kakashi use an S-rank Jutsu "Raikiri" to kill someone who's dying?
