it really doesnt matter, the two we know about have the same nintaijutsu, if the thirds is more powerful, but the fourths is way faster. both are awesome.

1st: in SM where he can throw it
2nd : in NM he can't
therefore if resenshuriken is long range type then of course resenshuriken
if not i doubt it....
