Lol if i was fastened to a tree then i dont think id want to be hit by either. The rasenshuriken basically cuts every single cell in your body, while ameratsu would clearly burn you to death if you cant take your clothes off in time.

So if i had to choose id pick ameratsu as it has some fairly clear counters.

The manga has made it pretty clear they dont spread that fast.

It depends. Between a focused Amaterasu and a FRS? That Rasengan anyday, a nice cut to the head, no pain at all. A unfocused Amaterasu and a FRS? I would take off my clothes and laugh at it.

RS is insta death. If it is Sasky Amaterasu I pick that.
