Rasenshuriken Level Jutsu in Other Elements

As the title says, if one looked at the other jutsus, which would be considered the equivalent of Fuuton: Rasenshuriken? (this includes kekkei genkai elements, like Yoton, Enton, etc; this can also include non-elemental jutsus) I'd say for Katon style jutsu's it would be Madara's Gouka Mekkakyou (appears in chapter 560 ) for the huge area it covers in the vertical and horizontal, and for Raiton style...I think it's safe to say it would be Sasuke's Kirin, which by now would probably be even stronger than it was during his fight with Itachi.

Dust release is the strongest form of attack.. Maybe matched with TBB.

I WAS going to write down that the TBB is superior to Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu, since it utilizes pure chakra while Jinton needs the combination Earth, Fire, and Wind(?), which only 2 people in the world can perform; however the TBB requires unimaginable chakra control and reservoirs just to form it, let alone utilize it in battle, so that lowers it effectiveness...unless you're a jinchuuriki. Water Shark Bomb jutsu seems like a good contender, as does Earth Syle: Mountain Sandwich.
