Honest question, what makes you think Rasenshuriken wouldn't destroy the seal too?

Because even if it's stored in a seperate net, that net would be shredded.

There is only speculation but neither can proof their assumption. Naruto's chakra system was blocked yet the outside chakra source(Kurama) remained untouched. While Rasenshuriken ddestroys the system it is not sure if it affects seals.

Tsunade still has to store that Chakra in her cells, it's specifically stated that Byakugou is just soring massive amounts of chakra ij one place over time. I see no reason why the chakra in her forehead would be protected.

You cannot make new cells without the existing ones. New cells are being made from splitting existing cells. If those cells are destroyed and can no longger use chakra then those cells are useless and cannot regrow.

1. The problem is that no binary fission is created if the original cell is dead (it's in that link you didn't read).
2. One of us ( me ) has cited evidence that Rasenshuriken can destroy what Creation Rebirth creates. You have not. And you expect both our points to be on equal footing. This is absurdly laughable.
