Rasenshuriken/Hashirama's Only Known Weakness?

While it's definitely not the most powerful Jutsu, I believe it ranks up within the top 5 for it's power plus added bonuses.

The Jutsu is so powerful it can near enough vaporize anyone who comes into contact with its awesomely powerful slicing winds. And when the collateral damage left behind each time this attack is used is nothing to sneeze at either.

But, despite the massive power behind the Jutsu I believe the majority of its potential comes from its secondary effect. It attacks the chakra network.

We even saw that it cut right through the third Raikage's so called ultimate defense. He easily survived due to being an Edo. But the injuries he received from it would have been enough to cripple his chakra network if he were alive.

We know Hashirama can basically heal himself from any wound as long as he has access to his chakra. But, if he was hit by the Rasenshuriken he would actually lose the ability to use Chakra.

So, I believe that Rasenshuriken is one of the few Jutsu capable of killing him.

Note: I did not imply that Naruto was stronger than Hashirama in any way. Only that he has an attack capable of killing him, if he were alive that is.

if hashirama healing abilities is anything like tsunade I have a hard time seeing the Rs being no more than an attack of brute force, because molecular regeneration and molecular dispersion would seem to counteract each other right

Not really, Hashirama was planning to kill himself by a Kunai.
It depends on the jutsu and how the user will use it. His healing ability does not make him immortal.
do you see someone goes around and say Sakura can't be killed or whatever because she has healing abilities?
or is Karin cannot be killed? ...etc

Hashi is not the first to show healing ability and he won't be the last.

Shouldn't hashi be as if not more durable than third raikage? considering hashi is the pinnacle of the senju body.

But Madara uses the Preta Path ability of the Rinnegan, to which Hashirama doesn't have since he wasn't infused with Uchiha DNA.

Honestly Hashirama can still evade the Rasenshuriken in any way, if he creates that Hobi Technique to defend himself. Hobi technique does stand a chance even against a Tailed Beast Ball fired at point blank range.

But he needs chakra to do it, and the Rasenshuriken would have destroyed his chakra system.

Rasenshuriken is a forbidden jutsu because it can destroy the users and opponents chakra cells wich can be deadly and can't be healed

Yes I do think rasen-shuriken would cancel his chakra network, imo I think Hashirama can tank it but wouldn't a TBB finish him anyways
