False; base rasengan is inferior to chidori + enton, but a rasengan made purely from Kurama chakra is equal to it (since Kurama chakra negates enton/amaterasu)​

yes because he didnt enter any mode like Vesion 1, Version 2 Chakra cloak, Kcm, BM, SM ,RSM.It was base Naruto.
